When we arrive at check in time 3:10pm rooms were not available and they claimed it was not their fault! Then once we got to the room, it didn’t have any towels at all not till 5am in the morning! and we experienced many other horrible things, this shouldn’t be called a “hotel”

Air conditioner not working to much cold and no maint on site

I had a nice clean room. People at the front desk are good. Casino girls, I thought they are an attraction for a casino atmosphere. They don't bother anyone, they sit there and no one has to talk with them if they don't want to. I think they taking measures to improve the hotel. It is a good location. Food at the restaurant opposite to hotel is good.

Outstanding Buffet for breakfast good staff would stay for a week at the Price I paid. Recomend for anyone the pool is great

Hotel, good for what it is. Wait Staff is rude. Front Desk is helpful.

Staff was great helping to coordinate tours, recommend transportation, costs, restaurants. Very helpful. Location of the hotel was perfect for excursions and close to airport

You would. It be able to take your kids due to adult activity every minute of the day. The hotel reall bad and run down

I have traveled the world- never have experienced the lack of service of this hotel anywhere else in the world! Basic training is needed esp in the wait staff. First thing - no towels in my room -next day after the maid came to clean the room 12 noon-I get my towels. Enter the elevators and get a foul smell of the sump pit-- need to use your key card to get to your room floor. No covers on electrical cover in elevator. Faucet in room -lav - was for lever handles they had 4 post handles -top indicating hot y cold were reversed. Buffet in the morning -lousy service! Had to wait 20 min to get a refill on coffee- food offered same basic items EVERY day--$14.00? Woman making eggs -- Thought I could get 2 over easy eggs-- (WRONG!)she acknowledge my order- I never got my eggs! (guess she only knows how to make omelets). Talking to one of the "working girls" upstairs one staff member interrupted and MADE the girl pay her Admission fee (yes the girls have to pay the hotel) that minute! Ordered a drink- 20 min- another 20 to get my change. Waiting in the lobby- tired from the night before- Letting maid clean the room . Decided to take a nap== was awakened in 10 minutes- and TOLD I could not sleep there! The hotel charges an additional $40 dollars for the girl to go up to your room-- then adds a $2.80 tax on top of the fee!!!! Old TV's need to use key card to power the room== can't charge your computer while you are out of your room. Fire almost the entire staff !

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am a light sleeper, so I requested a quiet room. I was given one. I also enjoyed the Panamanian breakfast, which was extra. There are other breakfast places nearby, but the one at the Veneto was top of the line. I would recommend it.

this was my second stay and the wifi was good this time.. they put a password on it .. Before I had trouble with the key card losing programming but this time , no problem. maybe new cards or readers.. Dont go in the stairway and try to go up or down one floor because the doors only open one way. You cant get out...You may have to go all the way to the bottom floor ...

Where do I start? Upon check-in there was some confusion as to whether the room was paid for or not, then once it had been settled that the room was paid through Orbitz the room was assigned. Once I got to my room multiple things did not function in the bathroom and the A/C, so I had to request a new room and the desk staff treated me like I was a bother for asking for a new room. In the second room everything seemed to be fine till the next morning when to my dismay, even though it is against the law in Panama to smoke in a hotel, the room next to mine seem to be chain smoking. Once again I contacted the front desk, since I am allergic to tobacco smoke, once again there was a long drawn out discussion as to what they should do. An hour later and to the sighs and admonishments of the desk staff I was given a new room, which I had to repair the shower, just didn't want to put up with the long drawn out problem with the staff.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, a fun casino open 24 hrs. The hotel is right in the middle of the nightlife action. Booked online for a great deal. I will likely stay here every time I come back to Panama City.

Hotel was clean and beds in room were surprisingly very comfortable. Rooftop pool was great with bar and service on roof top was great.

Great location hotel smells like mildew Hotel needs remodeling or upgrade. Bar stagg lacks service knowledge horrible service

The hotel and staff were great for the most part, the only thing I would consider needs improvement was the checkin process as there was only one person attending customers initially when we arrived, however, after about 10 mins two additional staff appeared and the rest went smoothly.

Bad odor in room. Very poor customer service. Room had no towels. Took them three hours and several phone calls to get me towels. Avoid this hotel.

Bell service was great but the rest was terrible!! Absolutely was not what I expected from an upper end hotel. Room was filthy, not vacuumed, no necessities such as toiletries, no face clothes nor customer comfort items such as coffee, etc.

My experience with the hotel was fabulous. Although I am a single man and the previous reviews about this not being a family hotel could be possibly true. However all the other reviews about cleanliness, staff, loudness was found to be untrue with my stay. I enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful time. The hotel has had a management regime change in case you didn't know. But with any major management/business change everyone will not be satisfied.

Good location and comfortable stay. Good clean room and good staff.

Hotel in middle of all shops and restaurants. Great location if u don't have car. If you have car, getting to hotel is Crazy with the one-way streets that take you away from hotel. Free parking, great free wifi. Dirty pool had to be closed was only negative with hotel. But if you coming to Panama for the pool, you're on the wrong vacation. DO NOT Rent car in Panama city unless you have great NY type driver and navigator.
