In the land of the heat (and humidity!), this hotel is well located, has a good apartment with kitchen and a nice staff. The breakfast is good, but the lobby could be better and more captivating. The way it is right now, there is no desire to stop at the lobby bar for anything. From the hotel it is possible to walk to many places. The problem is the City. While giant and modern buildings rise up, the side walks, streets, taxis and people seem to belong to the 18th century. In addition, it is ugly and dirty. No more Panamá. P.S. My points in the Marriot loyalty program were not credited despite my requests and sending the proofs. Bad!

I stayed here for a business trip of six nights. I wanted the ability to be able to cook my own food without having you spend a lot of money at restaurants. The kitchen area allowed me to do this. The kitchen items were adequate for my needs but depending on what you were making in the kitchen it may not be enough. Refrigerator space was good for me to walk to the grocery store three blocks away and store the items I need. It was a lot less expensive, buying beer and keeping it in the apartment versus going to a bar. Staff was very friendly and greeted me always when I came into the building. Texie cab stuff in front of the building always very attentive if I needed a ride. On my last day I got a taxi cab ride to the airport, and I left my cell phone in the taxi cab. I had another cell phone and I called the hotel and they contacted the driver who returned and waited for me to come back outside to get my phone. This was excellent customer service. I rewarded the driver with a tip. I have a feeling He saw the phone before he even got the phone call from though Hotel. Overall I had an excellent staying and would recommend it.

Although not central this suite hotel has the advantage of rooms with separate lounge and a small self catering area. The restaurant has limited choice but was good. There was large supermarket 2 blocks away which allowed for a degree of self-catering. A nice alternative to the usual type of hotel

Staff is so kind and friendly, special remarks for Aurelio and Rachel, they were like friends. They made me feel like at home, the apartments are big and comfortable, clean, a big supermarket is three blocks far in case you want to cook and use the fridge. Breakfast is very good, the pool area always clean and calm. I would surely go back

I was only here for two nights back in Feb 2017, i like the pool and is never super busy, which was nice, nice views from the room, and like that there was a fridge and felt more like an apartment then a hotel. The service is the Breakfeast buffet was a little lacking, but at the same time i enjoyed the little buffet they had set up, quick and easy. I really want to try coming back here as a solo traveler, and stay more days and explore around the city!

I stayed here for five nights and had a very pleasant stay. On reading some of the reviews before I booked I was not entirely sure if I should stay. But glad I did. This was my 3rd visit to Panama (love it) I had previously stayed at the Multiplaza, actually i also stayed at the Multiplaza for one night at the beginning of my trip. Back to the Apartments. I was celebrating a milestone birthday and was not happy after stating this when i booked as a long term Marriot member with my room. I had a party of 8 plus myself with 4 rooms booked and the other 3 were all nicer rooms than mine. There is some opportunity to do some repair upkeeping that is understandable its a reasonable size hotel. I wanted a higher floor was given a room on the 5th floor. One in my party was on the 7th floor with sweeping views of the city very nice. Very disappointed that my request was not honoured as it is obvious it was more an oversight than rooms not being available if other members of my party had better rooms. The drainage in our bathroom was not very good and the smell was very bad at times. I had a one bedroom apartment and four of us fitted quite comfortably The apartment had every thing needed, you would be able to cook and iron do your own laundry, the laundromat was on the same floor even though the one on the 5th was broken when we stayed. The service of the restaurant and the food for breakfast was very good, no less than what i would expect. The restaurant team were great. Helpful and great hosts at the same time. The location of the hotel worked for me very close to Cinta Costera i ran most mornings and there was parking for my car. I would for sure stay at this hotel again despite the flaws that i have called out, its location, the staff in general made the difference. Yes there are some opportunities and i do believe had i been more vocal i would have been better assisted but i just could not be bothered as it really was not that bad. So there you go the good bad and the ugly. Would stay again but disappointed my special occasion and reason for trip was totally ignored by the staff.

We stayed here April 7-11 and loved it! It was a full apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfy king bed, fold out couches and chair, living room, den and two tvs. It was nice to have a seperate bedroom to put our son in. The pool area is really nice but the sun shines in the kid pool and not the adult pool leaving the adult pool quite cold. The breakfast was free and was quite good, especially the waffles. The hotel is clean and nice. The Lobby could use some work, they could benefit from having staff at their bar, takes a long time when u order room service (fries and coke took 35 mins) and staff aren't overly friendly but I would absolutely go back.

Our trip for a family of four was truly great in 1 bedroom suite. Room was pretty good size with a kitchenette. The daily breakfast is exactly what you need to get the day going, great pool, gym (sauna), and restaurant. I couldn't have asked for anything more as this is located in the middle of city. The staff was pleasant and my initial greeting upon arrival was welcoming! Would stay again if around the area. Only challenge is just the traffic to get to and from at times to the hotel. But that is just unavoidable no matter where you are going! Thanks to the Marriott staff for making our trip memorable, appreciate everything!!

We came for 2 nights. Flew in early am and they let us check in. Big clean room and service everywhere is excellent. They are all very helpful. The sofa bed doesn't come with sheets so if plan on using it, ask for sheets . They will deliver them . Also there is car service outside. Feel free to bargain with them to get to airport, casca viejo etc.

I had my doubts as there is nothing around this hotel compared to the regular Marriott which is more centrally located. However as a family of 4 we had 2-bed, 2-bath, family room, dining area, kitchen and (most imp with 2 teens) 3 TVs in the penthouse floor here. The fitness center is brand new but poorly air conditioned and there is a pool/hot tub. The staff does not speak English well so that was challenging when asking for directions/recommendations (ask for Aurelio who works evenings - he was most helpful). The space this apt afforded us was exactly what we needed to decompress mid-day and at the end of the day. There is a modern grocery store within walking distance where we picked up b'fast essentials, snacks, fruit, and drinks and having a fridge to store and kitchen to cook was very helpful. We spent 5 nights and for anything above 2 nights I would stay here again.
