I've stayed at this property in the past that is one reason I chose to stay here again. The property was very clean with helpful staff. Great breakfast and inexpensive airport transportation. Will stay here anytime I am in Panama.

VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME TO GET TO VERY INEXPENSIVE PAST IT'S PRIME HOTEL NO FRILLS BEDROOM....NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART WEAK A/C UNIT GREAT BUFFET BREAKFAST ONSIGHT PARKING, FREE WIFI, POOL AND FREE BREAKFAST BUT FOR $38 A NIGHT .... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Other than language issues, it was a very nice place to stay. It is convenient to the downtown business and sight seeing areas.

It's an older hotel but clean and th staff is nice. We like the 24/7 restaurant on site, and the good breakfast. The airport shuttle is a real help when you consider a taxi is $30. Wenstay there often when we are traveling in and out of PTY.

We have stayed here many times because of the shuttle to/from the airport, and they also serve breakfast. The hotel is older but always clean and the staff is good. It's not fancy but if you just need the above and a comfortable place to sleep, it's a great value.

The location is good, only few blocks from the ocean, but is not too safe to walk in the area after dark. The room did not met my expectations. it wasn't clean. The sheets and pillows had stains. I had to buy sheets and pillow cases. The sink was broken (missing tiles) and had a few leaks. This hostel need upgrade ASAP. The only thing good were the staff. The front desk were very friendly and tried to help when possible. If you are planning to stay in the city for one night would be ok, to stay in this hostel (bring your own sheets), otherwise its better to get a hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is older and some of the remodel ideas are amusing in some of the rooms but it's always clean, comfortable, and the staff is very nice. We appreciate breakfast, the free van to the airport (with a small luggage fee), and the 24 hour on site restaurant.

I arrived at about 11PM at night. Although I notified the hotel of my arrival time as requested, there was no transportation awaiting my arrival. The wait for the free shuttle was very long of more that 30-45 minutes a representative (I think) had to call the hotel a few times before they came. The hotel room was worn and tired, but quiet and cool. I think the hotel was ok for the very reasonable price, but no frills. Good place to stay for a night.

We did a short trip to Panama just for shopping and go to the Panama Canal, we just stayed for 2 nights. We loved that the hotel have a transit agency that took us to the malls and canal tour. The pool area is very nice! Good restaurant.

Interesting hotel with some odd things in some rooms, but always clean, comfortable, and the staff is good. When you consider transportation to and from the airport, breakfast, and even a late morning van to Allbrook if you want to shop or catch a bus, it's a great deal. Check the time the van leaves though. In my experience it goes at 5AM and 8AM which may not be convenient for your flight. When we arrive in the evenings though we have always found a representative at the airport to get us on the van to the hotel. When you consider a taxi costs $30-35, it is a great deal. The rooms though - we had one with two bathrooms, a tub in one and a toilet and shower in the other. We had another with a big whirlpool tub but no door on the bathroom. It was at the end of the hall though with a fantastic view of the city.

This hotel is okay. Nothing special, but a decent value for your money. The staff are not very friendly or particularly helpful. The rooftop patio has a great view of the city but the pool itself could use a little work (*not as pictured*), though it did look like they were re-tiling the patio area while we were there. The breakfast buffet was decent, with the exception of the scrambled eggs which had egg-shell in almost every bite; stomach-turning! The location is a few minute cab ride from Casco Viejo, the fish market and the Multicentro mall. There is a free shuttle to the Albrook mall and to the International Airport (must pay $2/person for highway tolls). Not recommended to walk around the area at night, but during the day is fine. Our room was average, with a TV and moldy fridge which took them 2 days to clean despite multiple requests. The linens were clean and they replaced the towels daily. Though the maids asked us to leave our room early every day so they could clean it (?). Beds were comfortable and the food in the attached restaurant was yummy and affordable. Overall it was a good enough hotel, for the price.

The hotel came and picked us up when we called after our arrival at the airport. Breakfast provided is good.

Ok for transit...waited too long for the shuttle...old hotel

Fine, but could be better. Rooms quiet clean, stuff in the hotel fine, but in restaurant can do better. Cheap restaurant, but nice food.

The only issue I had with this hotel was that I had no hot water. The shower was too cold for me. I also had a problem with the Internet. It completely stopped working. The staff didn't jump out of their seats to help. It didn't bother too much because I was leaving.

I don't have any complaint as soon clear customs were waiting for transfers to hotels with others vi- sitors. I enjoyed the view of the city on my way to the hotel and almost everything was near.

We would definitely use this hotel again! It's older, and it's been renovated but the upgrades are also getting old. But, it's clean, comfortable, the staff is very good, and if you just need a decent place to stay it's just fine. The internet works. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of choices. When you figure in the free breakfast and the free ride to the airport (which would be about $30 in a cab), this hotel is definitely something to consider. Others commented on the location but we had no problem with it, and felt like we could walk around without worries for our safety. We will definitely be back.
