I like the property that is the reason why I returned. But, this time I got a room without window and the breakfast had a terrible hot cocoa. Pastries were somewhat stale.
Bed sheets not really clean
The hotel is a little older, but in good condition. The courtyard pool and patio is small but very nice. Complementary breakfast is good. Our room window saw nothing except the dirty wall of the hotel next door. Our air conditioner unit was a little lack-luster but it caught up after a while. Really unfortunate step up into the bathroom. Front desk staff nice and friendly. Uniformed guard in the parking lot.
The room was excellent. It was cool and clean and very comfortable. I'm comparing it to a room I had at another Panama City hotel a week later. The difference was night and day.
Close to everything, staff is very friendly and make you feel like family and feel safe 100% like when you are at your own home, or better, beds and pillows are so soft that couldnt believe i fell asleep for 8 hours and never woke up til breakfast time came up and its amazing,, everything is better than the pictures and i already miss my new found home for all the times ill be coming back to visit and staying here thank you so much for all the dedication, the safety and all to all staff members thank you so much..i appreciated all the help all the understanding and the whole vacation was amazing and safe thanks to you guys..from the bottom of my heart thank you and see you next time.
