Super nice, neat, good location, desirable for people who travel for business, shopping

No airport shuttle I paid more in cab fares than for the room, reason I picked it was for the airport shuttle, then was told they don't have one. Not close to airport and in a questionable area.

Helpful staff and excellent location. I arrive very late and was helped very quickly. The cleaning was great. Wifi was important for me and they had it!

The good thing was that a taxi sent by the hotel was waiting for me with a sign with my name at the airport upon arrival. The hotel needs TLC. The staff was helpful when I spoke Spanish ,smiled ,greeted them politely and probed for information. The elevator was out of service upon leaving the next morning. I also got an electric shock trying to switch on the table lamp, which of course did not work. Tv worked as well as Wifi,a must since the location is scary . Their restaurant was closed by 7pm,when I arrived.I starved!

The location of the hotel is good, the cleaning and wait staff,is good. the hotel needs updating, and minor repairs, upon checkout the nite desk worker told me I owned 52.00 for breakfast, which was supposed to be free, no one told me there was a charge for breakfast

I ended up switching rooms several times. There were problems like shower not draining, phone not ringing or not working at all. Neighborhood is convenient but locals have told me the area is not safe after dark. Nice staff, decent value.

Place is really run down as I would not describe it even as basic. Room had no sound insulation from outside, so all the noise from the street is yours. Not a great place to stay.

excellent for budget travellers, great locations, good value.

the price was right. all i did was sleep there at night. i was out and about during the day. would definitely stay there again for the same price.

OK Hotel, but inaccurtely said it was 0.5 miles from aiirport. Actually it was a half hour trip cos

walls were damaged outlets wires exposed, no covers over electric switches n plugs, elevator not working haft the time. had to walk down the stairs, 3 floors. breakfast was terible. will never go again to that hotel. also hotel stated it was 0.5 miles wrong was about 5 miles from airport.

You cant expect more for that price. Is Not really Bad, but is not good.

Just used the hotel to go in the afternoon, take a shower and rest. The wall air conditioning unit was good, but could only set it on high and cold. The bed(s): were suppossed to be one twin and one queen, but there was only one queen. The bed was dented in the middle, so I had to struggle/fight to stay on my side all night. The pillows were worn and smelled dusty. The shower water was lukewarm the first day, ok the other days. The breakfast bar was fine. The hotel attendants were very friendly, humble, and willing to help people. The hotel photos on the internet are deceiving, far from reality. The hotel is located in a noisy, poor section of town that not all the taxi drivers wanted to go. The bath towels were rags, the bed sheets and pillowcases were also very worn.

We stayed at this hotel because it was inexpensive compared to others in Panama City and we only needed a place to stay for the night before catching a plane out of Panama. The hotel rooms are nothing like the pictures. They are very sparse, old and in need of repair. Everything worked (AC, TV, shower) but there were no blankets on the bed, just a sheet and we were provided with 2 towels (for 4 of us). There was no ice, I went downstairs to find some and the front desk worker was not happy with me when I insisted I needed some (for our baby's milk as there was no fridge). When we arrived the other front desk workers were rude, did not help us at all with our luggage- just sat there and watched us struggle with all of our bags and the kids. I had asked about an airport shuttle when we arrived just to see what the price would be-$35- so we made alternate arrangements. The next morning as we are loading our bags in our airport transport the front desk lady starts yelling at me that I had booked a shuttle with her (probably her relative) and that I owed the money as he was waiting outside. I told her I merely asked the price and was not going to pay. She was obviously very upset with me-saying rude comments in Spanish. The staff at this hotel are HORRIBLE! The elevator is scary- the door will just shut on you and has no sensor if someone or something is in the way. This is VERY dangerous especially if you have young children. The free breakfast doesn't start until 7:30 am so we were gone to the airport long before that-I can't comment on it. The location of the hotel is not too bad. You can see the ocean (if you look hard!) and there are many places to eat (if you are adventurous and not afraid of food stalls!). The hotel is inexpensive but I think the price they charge is still too high considering there are zero ammennities and the decrepit state of the building. I would not stay there again. We have stayed at beautiful hotels in Panama for even less!

We stayed at this hotel only one night before we left Panama. The taxi driver who took us there said not to leave without calling a taxi because of the dangerous neighborhood. The room was clean and air conditioned, but the mattress kept slipping to one side and the bathroom door looked like it had been through a war and just barely survived. Only occasionally did we find a channel on the TV that was in English and the WIFI wasn't strong enough in the room. We had to go to the lobby to get a good signal.

fine

We arrived to the Hotel about 10.30 PM from the airport we got the room and to everyone surprise it was dis costing we find bed bug in the beds and the window AC with the air filter clog No hot water and no internet access. [...]suppose to pull from the list this hotel. We left the hotel about 12.00 am to find another one, this is unreal amazing
