Our annual visit to PCB for a couple of months brought us to the Sterling Reef. We are extremely pleased with the condo we rented. Very clean, beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable beds and a spectacular view from the oversized balcony. Highly recommend Unit 907!

Very clean and organized condo with spectacular views of the ocean!!! conveniently located close to everything you would want to do. Very close to a pier you can walk out on and see oceanlife as well as people catching fish!!

It was ok. Just like your average hotel room. When they say they supply the necessities they are wrong. Bring everything extra. Paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, salt and pepper, kitchen towels. Fitness room is small. Pool is okay. No umbrella in rooms. Make sure you bring one or it's $30 for a cheap one at the local store. Chairs and umbrella to rent is $30 a day.

We were late to get to this unit as we waited until Hurricane Irma passed. Once there, there was an armband and many towels missing. The furnishings are a little dated - two rooms had tube tvs while the other had a small flatscreen. They were all housed in cabinets that had combination dvd/vhs players. They need to just get rid of all of these and wall mount some basic flat screen tvs in each room. The master bedroom had a king bed which helped a lot with my daughter, though it was somewhat hard. We found the sheets to the pull-out couch on the floor of the master closet. There were stains on some of the bedding, but it didn't look dirty just old and permanently stained. There were enough dishes/glasses/silverware for us to cook and eat with. The rules of the room were a little obnoxious, in particular the rule insisting the thermostat stay at 80. It was late enough in the year that 79 degrees with the humidity felt pretty warm in the unit. If they would of had some ceiling fans or even floor fans it would have fixed that problem. There was covered parking and nice balconies off of the master and living room. The entire unit was pure tile, which I didn't mind but it was hard to keep clean and your feet would end up black from clean looking tile. I think this is a pretty common problem from any unit kept on the beach and not heavily cleaned. That is the crux of it, while this place was not bad it just wasn't great either. It definitely screamed someone trying to just profit off of their condo and not trying to actually provide a good experience.

I would highly recommend to stay here. Nice and well maintained condos. Great gym with great views of the beach on the treadmill or elliptical. Beautiful views, right next to the pier, quaint, and a great place to relax. Highly recommend the 3 bedroom units on the east or west sides. Lots of window and privacy. Covered parking is a plus. Close to eat, golf for families, and an Alvin's island across the street. So if you forget something don't have to go far and affordable.

Upon arriving the condo #1406, we notified the owner/management about the extremely slow to drain sink in the master bathroom, broken closet door knob (not big deal but didn't want to be deducted from our deposit), and the next day about the nasty moldy shower head. Those were never fixed. Somehow the owner/management couldn't get in touch with the housekeeper/maintenance, according to the owner/management. Not to mention dirty silverwares, uncleaned kitchen sink with dried up noodle stuck in the sink and filthy dishwasher.. I didn't take more time to report those. We just ate out for every meal while we stayed there. Not happy at all with this place.

We got to buy a new set of pots and pans. There are some but most of them is old, rusty🙁 AC leak, my husband have to dump the bucket twice a day😥 Drying machine is missing the filter. Can you imagine how my clothes look like after drying????😠 We have no water for 5 hours because of maintenance....really??? the peak time of season.... The elevator is ridiculous..take too long...shaking while moving up and down....beep all the time when we are trying hold the door 5 seconds for somebody get in or out Check-in time is supposed to be at 3....cant get in until almost 5...there is still some trash on the floor when we get in the unit Unfortunately my phone has no more space to get some proved pictures

Our condo rental was very nice. Unit 301 had everything we needed for a large family vacation. Beautifully decorated corner unit with amazing ocean views. We were skeptical about the pool before we saw it because of some of the reviews we read but when we got there we felt it wasn't bad after all, just a little crowded at times.

Owners were wonderful to work with. Unit was beautifully decorated and accommodating. We did find the seals on the front load washing machine to be mildewed, which was quite disgusting, and the floors were very dirty, turning our feet and socks a nasty shade of black. I think beyond housekeeping needing to kick it up a notch, this was a great place to stay! Be prepared to bring toilet paper, paper towels, detergent for washing machine ( they're picky about these- you much use tablets, which are ridiculously expensive ), detergent for the dishwasher, and trash bags. We were given a very limited amount of these supplies and asked to replace any we used, which is understandable. Just wish we'd known before we got there.

We would not go back to that area simply because the dirty storm sewer dumps dirty water in the ocean just up current. I booked at Sterling Reef because of the price. We've stayed in Panama City Beach several times, but not in this exact area. It is definitely not as busy as when we stayed at The Summit (about 2 miles east), but the ocean is not as pretty at Sterling Reef. It's almost like dirty lake water. The beach was ok. There was a lot of trash left on the beach from late night partying so clean up could have been better. Sterling Reef itself was ok. We stayed in 1602. A little too high for me, but the condo was clean and nice. The only issue we had was the handle was off the sliding glass door when we arrived. They obviously knew it was broken. We had to use the door in the master bedroom to get out on the balcony. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but there were 2 couples staying in the condo.
