Likes: Pools, activities, friendly staff. Dislikes: slow service (towels; water for fitness center). Overall, property is nice but needs some "polishing up" in terms of simple painting, caulking, light fixtures, scuffs on walls.

Poor selection of food. Food not fresh we got very sick from food. Rooms not clean you have to ask for shampoo and towels. Won’t recommend for my friends at all

Beautiful grounds but food was ok and not too many activities. Too many rules to accommodate you.. example. Lunch included upon arrival but not departure, once you check out you mixat leave or pay to eat. Late check out $20 per person per hour. Also pool closes too early! 7pm. No BACON or sausage for breakfast?!

the food was just ok. The Italian restaurant had good food, but all other restaurants were just ok. We actually got sick from the seafood restaurant. The check in and check out process was completely aggravating and painful. It took over an hour to check in and the reservations were all confused. Property needs to catch up with the times as the front desk stated that we had to check out. For most resorts, you do not have to check out anymore.

A unique opportunity at this resort is to take a free guided jungle tour. The tour guide Alexander give resource information regarding the animals and plants.

Lousy service Room was not made up when we returned at 3 pm after a tour Lunch is basically a “mess hall” Dated beyond furnishings Stench of insecticide Understaffed / non attentive Booked preferred / treated as basic Preferred lounge was economy minus - Dreams should not allow usage of its name

Place was clean. Ok food nice grounds need more bartenders on duty. Slow to get drinks always. Need more pleasant staff. Be more attentive. Say hello and smile

Everything was "good", nothing better. Reservation including king bed was not honored. Not enough pool space / lounge chairs / shade roofs even with hotel at less than 3/4 capacity.

Beautiful place, very clean. Too many occupants for the infrastructure though. Not enough chairs by pool and too long a line for food at times. The water also stopped three times in the week I was there. Overall, good place but, not for the money. Too many guests for not enough staffing and amenities.

Nice hotel everything was great, fully recommended

The resort is very nice and pretty setting by the beach. There are not many programs during the day or evening (and they cancel them at times also). The customer service is lacking, you are kindof on your own. We found some to be very nice and helpful (Zanche at the adult pool, Rose the afternoon concierge, Victor daytime concierge, and Fernando the vacation club tour staff). Only Bordeaux had good service, the other restaurants did not. They should not allow adults or kids be in there without shirts or shoes on ?! Even with tips we did not get better service. Unless the service gets better, we will not consider going back.

This was our first time in Panama, and we were so impressed by our stay. The staff were incredibly polite and kind, the rooms were comfortable (the pillows especially), and the pool+views+grounds-keeping were amazing. Even though the hotel is secluded, being so close to Panama City meant it was easy to either get an uber or taxi to go downtown to do tons of fun things. The food was very good, though I could see it getting old after more than a week. They did not skimp on the alcohol either, our wine glasses were always full without even asking!

Hotel was nice and food was delicious and the staffs were nice

The resort is beautiful and access to the beach is great. The room was comfortable, however every day we had to ask for towels to be brought to the room...they were removed but not replaced. There are 4 restaurants and the food was delicious at the restaurants. I do wish there was at least one with more of Panamanian food offerings. The all inclusive for drinks does not apply to the rooms because alcohol/beer is only restocked every two days. The coffee shop was great! The bars do close kind of early. Be prepared the hotel offers one spot to smoke and if it rains, oh well.

I loved the fact that every room was an ocean view, and the fact that looking out at the ocean view you could see the boats at a distance lined up to enter the canal. Check in was fairly easy. Housekeeping was the worse, we had to ask for clean face clothes and towels every day. No one was answering the phones, we had to walk to the desk in the lobby to request clean towels. Even through the card in the bathroom said to put your towels on the floor if you wanted fresh ones. They took the towels off the floor but did not leave any fresh ones. We left the card on the bed to have the sheets changed, they only changed one bed. The staff in the restaurants, around the pools and bars were very friendly and helpful. You had to put in a special request for hot wings, I don't understand why they just didn't put it on the lunch menu...everyone loves hot wings. lol

View was good. Food no so fresh and good. It seems the cooks didn't have enough experience with unfamiliar foods.
