The rooftop dining. We checked in around lunch time and ordered the sancocho but the corn was not cooked! Otherwise the staff and front desk and the spa.. we great!

Need to have more options for cheese and cold meats like salami, pastrami, prosciutto or Serrano jam at room service and breakfast / I ordered a cheese plate and meats and the variety is poor compare with $75 price that they charged me

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Casco Viejo- the old city of Panama City. Rooms are beautiful, staff is super friendly, front desk is fluent in English, and breakfast buffet is exceptional!
It’s the best hotel in the old town which is not surprising as there are very few in the first place. And it could be an outstanding place. The spoiling draw backs? There is an overall lack of attention to detail. Hair that definitely doesn’t belong to the guest in the bed? Room not done by 5.30 pm? Wake up call not made as asked for? Staff at the restaurant lack any attention? Walking for about an hour past a cleaning rug on the chair at the next table? Empty bowls and plates at the breakfast buffet for an hour? Signs at food items totally wrong? (You’re better not allergic to some foods). Restaurant toilets disgusting with no toilet paper? The list goes on. If so many things in so many departments are below substandard it’s usually not the shortcoming of individual staff. It’s a management issue. If you can look beyond that it’s a good hotel in a great location. If such issues are bothersome: there are real 5 star hotels in town for a similar price. And an Uber from there to the old town is less than $5.
The bed is comfortable. Location is great! Breakfast is complete. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitively come back to this hotel.
This hotel was in the center of Old Town Panama City. There were lots of things to do within walking distance or an easy taxi ride. We felt very safe walking around at all hours of day or night. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. We loved our stay!
Excellent !! The location , staff and our experience was magnificent at this hotel . Their breakfast was also excellent.
The location is perfect; tons of shops, restaurants, bar, attractions, etc all within walking distance. The hotel itself is also great, with large, clean rooms and great staff. The hotel also has a pool, which is great in the Panama heat; the pool area is on the smaller side but that doesn't seem to be an issue-didn't feel crowded and didn't see any unable to get a chair. Would definitely recommend and would stay at this hotel again.
