Things to keep in mind No one speaks english If you rented a car the parking under the hotel is tight The free WIFI is good The free buffet breakfast is "basic spanish style" Been coming to PC for 10 years Overall I find good value for what you will pay to stay here

They need to offer breakfast earlier also no free Transport to the airport

Really happy with the Hotel itself. The management could do themselves a huge favor and get some staff that have been trained in basic customer service. I woke up and went downstairs asking where I can find a cup of coffee. She said "hold on let me see if breakfast is included with your room." She pulled up my room on the computer. Then went to a file and pulled out a folder, looked at some papers. Then back to the computer, then back to the folder. About Five times. Then someone called. She answered the call and attended to them, about ten minutes. She hung up and continued ignoring me. I said "excuse me" and got her attention. She went back to the computer and folder over and over again visibly confused. Then she gave me a small red ticket said this is for breakfast. I went in the restaurant, sat down and ordered. Just as they were bringing me my plate she entered the restaurant, said she made a mistake, and that breakfast is not included. I stood up and asked the waiter how much for just the coffee. She said I can still pay for the breakfast. I said no thanks. The waiter asked her who would pay for this now? I said to her how can you re-neg after telling me it was included? She looked confused and said the hotel would pay. So unprofessional and incredible someone so clueless is working with the public.

It was ok for 4 nights. Room and bathroom clean. Restaurant for breakfast only available after 730 am. Too late. 10 minute drive to every place you need.

Very awesome hotel (location, comfort level and scenery) However, staff never puts wash rags in the bathroom for some reason or the next, you constantly got to be reminding them. Breakfast is not included so every morning you have to spend $5 US or more to eat something. But other than that its a cool spot to stay . Pool lovers, this Hotel does NOT have a pool so keep that in mind

Hotel met expectations. Grat Room for under USD 50

The check in experience was terrible. They lost our reservation. We got it sorted out the next morning, but it is disappointing that a hotel cannot find a reservation, especially when trying to check in late at night. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. Everything else was fine.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The price was very reasonable (paid $53), but it does not include breakfast, so I would recommend paying a little bit more ($6.00) to get it when booking. If you are staying in the hotel to spend the night while in transit, consider the cost of transportation ($30 taxi ride) as it is 30-45 minutes away from the airport.

Nice staff and great breakfast. Location is okay for the price, but next time I wouldn't mind spending a bit more to be downtown

I've been to this hotel a number of times and always feel well taken care of. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to be sure you have everything you need. There is a restaurant on site and the food is good.

We've stayed here a number of times and have always been pleased. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable with everything you need. There is a good restaurant on site and buffet breakfast if you want it. Some of the staff speaks some English also.

When I arrived, they did not have my reservation. I had to turn on my laptop to retrieve it. I wrote to the owner/manager indicating that I left my sweater in the closet my wife gave me over Christmas and Mr. Caceres never email me back. I called the hotel and told me that I had to call back when house keeping personel gets in. I called back two hours later and house keeping lady was no there. I guess they like my sweater. Shame on them

good hotel,smell good.its new.only 3 years .stuff are freindly,good breakfast.

All good. Small issue with hot water. Wireless xonn could be better in some rooms.

Its a nice little hotel. Has a parking garage. Breakfast was good. Its near the center of panama.

It was a very good experience, the hotel workers were very friendly. The room was clean and the service excellent. Thank you very much, I felt at home.

We found that the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel and room were clean. The breakfast was uncommon and repetitive. At times they would run out of food. The area were the hotel is located is some what undesirable but at no time we felt in danger.

I told just about every associate that our phone wasn't working in our room. we stayed there 5 nights and no one ever came to fix something so simple. to top it off they would charge $1.50 a min for local calls.Right in front of the hotel was a public phone that you can make local calls for $0.10 a min. what a ripoff. I also mentioned to the hotel employees that 1 of the 2 computers that they had there for guest to use 1 wasn't working properly. 5 nights passed and it remained the same. breakfast in the am was discusting no utensils were provided for the guest to consume the breakfast. guest were grabbing the food with their bare hands. so i left around the corner to another hotel although i had to pay. customer service in Panama over all needs major HELP

we arrived very late and eveyone was extremely nice and helpful the rooms are small but adquate. We would stay there again.

The Eco Inn was semi-difficult to find but otherwise it was a excellent choice. This was a tourist trip for us but not the first time to Panama. Location was good and excellent parking was provided. This was a dinning trip and an explority trip for a group arriving in April, 2012. Good American class rests. are not close but local ones are cheap and very close. The hotel was great for us.
