The whole property was filthy. The condo was very dirty too. There was urine on one of the toilets. The floors hadn’t been mopped and barely swept. The TV’s were not operable because remote were broken (tried new batteries). The TV in the living room had a black shadow on the picture. Not enough silverware. Balcony was filthy!!! The instructions to get to your condo wasn’t communicated. You get the condo number the parking but not the floor your condo is on. We needed a push wheelchair and security called a company they found on google, not a vetted company by Shore of Panama. I spoke with the company and gave them information. They said a chair was being a rush delivery. Over an hour later no chair. I called the company and they had no clue what I was talking about. I think your security team and management did an EPIC FAIL! You had sand wheelchairs, which is great, but why do you not have your own push wheelchair? Security said you use to. If this is true, shame on you! Disabled guests spend money just like regular folk! The only positive thing that happened was having to extend due to my husband becoming ill, which is why I needed a chair. The girl that took care of this was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Give her a raise and get her to train your other subpar staff. This was a horrible experience. We will not be back! We will also leave other online reviews. I wonder if ADA laws are being broken????? Hummmm?

Shores of Panama was good but we did had problems at check in the staff are not very friendly you ask them a question an they just look at you like if they don’t understand what your saying and by staff I mean all the workers trying to direct you inside because the lady at the lobby desk was very nice an friendly also the elevator is a joke to many people trying to get up at ones takes a while but you always have those stairs other than that everything was great.

That is the worst vacation experience ever,1st they call us at 4:45pm to check in so we have to come sooner to get the key,, we went to go get dinner,2nd when we get back from our dinner check our room I saw a lot of stain in the bed and it’ sand on it to,3rd I’m going to turn the air condition and I see black mold on the air conditioner ,4th so I decided to take a shower and the shower was no water coming out, I call my husband and ask him to check the shower and he said is not working, so we didn’t shower that night ,5th making breakfasts and the dishes are dirty, dry food stock on it,6th no receptionist at the desk, I have to wait the next day to talk to one, at 10:am I went to see the receptionist and the girl at the desk is not friendly not helpful no manner she’s rude, and she’s making me like I’m lying to her that’s why I ask her to check her out,7th We stay there for 3 days and the fire alarms was going of on 3 days we staying there, no note or announcements, we thought it was a emergency so we use the stairway from 16th floor to the lobby, we’re are hurting so bad , beside that my husband having a problem on his knee and our Doctor advising him for a surgery in the future, and I’m have a plantar fasciitis and I’m taking a medication that time, And besides that from the 17th floor water coming down, so the stairs are water on,8th so they move us to the other room and the bed has stains again and both bed is uncomfortable old and we can feel the spring from the bed,

The fact that there was no phone in the room so you couldn't call the front desk, other than that, it was a great place,

It only allowed one parking space per room rental, thus causing a towing fee of $150.

The property is quite tired. Staff was unfamiliar with check-in procedures to include the consierge, and extra surprising, didn't know of any restaurants or lounges in the area. (Pineapple Willie's is next door!)

Our room was not very clean, the coffee maker had mold in it and the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked. The bed and the couch was lumpy and not in great condition. The beach was great!

This was beyond what I expected! Beautiful! The only complaint was no chairs on our patio to sit. Our view was amazing and the pool was gorgeous! Beach and pineapple willy’s was within 2 min walk

My condo was in terrible condition many things destroyed many things damaged the truth I never rent with them again I think I should. Give back some of what you spend

Was not given the type of room that I booked and paid for prior to my visit. I had to request a manager in order to get a room at all after being told that there would not be a room available to me until 7pm even though check-in time was 4pm. Elevators were awful. Stairwells had trash on the floor, outside of the elevators had trash on the floor. Not enough elevators for such a large resort. Condo was plain and sparsely furnished. Quiet time was SUPPOSED to be at 10:00 pm however the first night I was still awake after 1 AM listening to chairs scraping across the floor above me and kids running back and forth above me. When I called to notify the resort the next day, I was told that I have to call and notify them while it is happening.

Front desk is amazing. The receptionists (names unknown) went above and beyond to help change my reservation upon our arrival.

Overcrowding of elevators. Lines to get on it. Plus one broken.

Pool and beach access Didn’t like the location, a bit noisy and unsettling.

Beautiful condo and great views. Definitely recommend.

Excessive cleaning fees not disclosed until after booking no refundable room.

We are sorry to hear you did not have an enjoyable stay. The condo floors are self explanatory EX. if your condo was 1125 then that would be the 11th floor. Also, ADA laws do not apply to private residences only public establishment's.

We are very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. I do see you were moved to the 1st floor to a complimentary upgraded unit the very next morning after you checked in due to the room issues in 1605. We did not get any complaints during your stay in the new room. Next time please come see us and let us know and we can get it addressed. There is emergency numbers posted on the forntdesk for all after hours emergencies should you have any issues please contact those numbers during your stay.

Our room was not very clean, the coffee maker had mold in it and the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked. The bed and the couch was lumpy and not in great condition. The beach was great!
