Elevators were broken, parking was horrible, staff was not helpful nor friendly.

The pools closed often and the hot was broken, not hot, during my visit. The staff was aware of closing and not functioning amenities and gave no time frame for a solution.

My family and i had a great time! The only thing is the elevators took forever!

The pool was nice but we had so many issues with our unit and poor communication and lack of rush to resolve the issues as we had to go thru resort collections instead of shores of panama with any issues

Stayed in a studio condo, was nervous since there wasn't any pics of the condo on line, first impression..it was beautiful and perfect for the 2 of use. Then we started noticing small things around the condo that are in need of fixing (broken drawers, loose toilet paper holder, shower door sticking, etc...), things that could be easily fixed. The batteries in the door lock died, it was fixed quicker than we thought it would be but it took us over 30 minutes and 4 phone calls before we got ahold of the correct person to report the issue, ended up locked out of condo for an hour and a half. Had to wear a uncomfortable armband (similar to a hospital armband) the entire stay, would have been nice if it was a removable one, it kept getting caught on the bedding when sleeping.

Great view and location and outdoor pool. Loved the poolside bar.. our unit needed work. Few things were broken and missing. No dressers for bunkbeds. Had to keep clothes in suitcase in that room. Otherwise clean unit.

Beautiful property on the beach, well kept, great pool. Close to Walmart, restaurants, and tons of activities. Highly recommend. Only complaints would be elevators are horrible: takes a very long time to get one and 3 of the 6 stopped working for the last 2 days of our trip. Parking garage is bad. Very tight parking, not all units have reserved spots, so you have to find a spot or parking at the top level. Unreserved spots were usually very awkward spots or were too small for a vehicle bigger than a car.

I stayed here 4 days. The room was beautiful and plenty of space. Comfortable and had everything I needed in room. Checkin (in other building) forgot to give me a parking pass. You have to wear arm bands 24/7 here. The tall black security guard with glasses was very very rude. He worked thursday-saturday. Just his behavior towards me for 3 days was enough to make me not want to go back here. Sunday a new security guard was there and she was super nice. Pool was FREEZING and we couldn't swim in it at all even though the temperature outside was in 80's. Hot tub was nice but packed with kids.

The condo was nice but the parking garage was a mess. It took over an hour to get out.

This place looking good from far. The pool it's dirty the people who stay there are a Litle wild. At night they all screaming like bird and wolf

Had to check in at a different location (used to that since it is a condo and not hotel) but no information was given to us about where to park once we got to location. Parking was assigned to your unit #, security guard made smart comment to/about me when I was trying to get assistance as to where to properly park. Then did not give any helpful information when asked. So I decided to go inside and the only person I found was very uniformative as well. So I had to wing it to figure out where to park. Finally figured that out after about 20 minutes. Got into the room and the AC unit was not working. It was 80 degrees in our condo at 7 pm at night. My wife called the maintenance phone number and no one answered so she left a voicemail. No one ever called us back, we had to call again the next day and someone finally came out and fixed it. The carpets were stained all over. There were 5 remotes in the condo, none of which controlled the DVD player that only had a Power and Play button. The TV remote didn't control the volume. The door handle into the condo was broken, would not close properly without slamming. Tried to shut the door and it wouldn't close so I pushed to open the door to try again and it ripped part of the door trim off onto the floor. Went downstairs and told a man at the desk, he had to call the location we checked in at to get them to send someone up to fix it. They didn't fix anything, just left it like it was.

Pool and beach access cost $30.00 a day! Yes the beach is NOT free! The parking deck is an accident waiting to happen and it will take you on average 30 mins to get out of it. The rooms are not cleaned very good. Coffee pot and bunk beds broken. People are up all night partying and the elevators take 20 mins and are packed to the gills with people and no air conditioning in them!

I staff wasn't very helpfull when I had questions. They removed my towels from my chair because I wasn't sitting at it. Room was dirty when I arrived yet we pay 105.00 to have it cleaned.

Other reviews are true. Parking garage is tight and reserved spaces are in no logical order. I didn't have a reserved spot but found a great spot on 10. Once I got used to the garage it was still a pain, but not that big of an issue. We did have to check in about a block away. I think that actually works better. The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. There are too few elevators so depending on the time of day can be slow. And be prepared to squeeze in - they aren't big elevators. It would be nice if the pool area was included, but I had read reviews that stated it wasn't so knew what to expect. The room was beautiful and clean. The AC was a little loud but didn't bother me too much. So yeah - nice place. It has its issues, but I think it helped to know what to expect before getting there. I would stay there again.
