- Bedroom 4: Queen bed, twin-sized day bed, and a twin trundle for flexible sleeping arrangements

Guests may access the East pool only.

Please note that the unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building and only accessible by stairs. Guests do not have access to the elevator.

1. No Pets of any form are allowed.

2. Upon booking, you will be required to sign an additional rental contract between the guest and the property manager.


3. Please treat the property with care and respect.

4. If any property damage or maintenance needs occur, please communicate with us immediately. For emergencies, please call 911; then notify your property managers.

5. No parties allowed.

6. Please observe Community quiet hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.

7. We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.

8. Guests may only use the East side pool

9. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any deliveries. If the property does not have a mail box please direct to the nearest Postal Store front.
