The property is run down and needs updates. It has so much potential. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Arrived for my reserved room and was told there was a problem with my room I had reserved and paid for 3 weeks ahead of time ? Problem with my room ? Why did I reserve and prepay ? After waiting over 30 minutes I was told they were getting another room ready for me but would be another 20 minutes ? This is at 8:30 at night after driving 12 hours to get there mind you. So finally given a room but it only had queen beds instead of a king I had requested ? Why do you take reservations if you don’t reserve room requested ? Won’t be back there. Ridiculous . Guess what ? My bill didn’t change even though room did ?? Consider a different place to stay even though ocean view is great too much issues with getting reservation. Good luck if you book ahead.
Beds are clean and comfortable. Nice balcony and beautiful view. I missed a working lobby with a restaurant or lounge area though. Checkin was very slow. Facility is good, but dated. Great getaway for kids though…beach access is excellent! If you don’t have a car, be prepared to walk a bit for restaurants and shopping, like @ a mile.
The property is in need of a major overhaul. The first time they put us in smelled like dead fish.
I was put in room 706 it was awesome because the room was right at the elevator as soon as you got off however the panel on the 7th floor did not work I reported it to the front desk the first night however they never fixed it. they told me it was because it was cold. so I had to walk down to the 6th floor or all the way down to the lobby. to get out of the building to go anywhere or take my service dog to use the bathroom

The location of the property was perfect and the room was clean which are the main thing I was looking for. The building was rundown, lots of maintenance (and power washing) needed and many broken fixtures/door handles. I would stay here again
The grass behind the property separating the hotel from the beach was over grow and uncared for. The pool paint was all chipped and stained. There were bugs and dirt in the pool. Few customers used the pool facilities. The pool was not very nice. The property was a hotel but the staff didn’t bring new clean towels or take out the trash daily. We had to request toilet paper because there was only a half a role left in the room total. Parking for the facility was terrible. Very limited at the property. Had a gravel parking for overflow parking down the street away from the property. Overall mediocre experience at best.
Stemmed old and ran down. We’d some paint, and upkeep. I did love the location and the staff though. All in all I was satisfied.
We stayed in the PH top floor with two double beds. The room was clean and right on the beach. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

On the water with great views. If you want to actual use your kitchen bring all your own sharp knives, can openers, wine openers, skillet pan, as they seem to not have any of these basic stuff you would expect. Parking is a problem if you have a truck as the below parking is not accessible.
Bathroom had mold in shower and floors. Hotel is very run down. Hot tub and pool were dirty and jets didn’t work. Beds were not comfortable, certainly not worth the price I paid for hotel.
