We like to come to this property because of the staff and the rooms. this time when we stayed there was dog poop still on the balcony and on the floor of the room.
1. Toilet flapper hinges broken off. 2. Slow elevator; the other elevator out of order. 3. No breakfast service. 4. Rusty balcony door, hard to open and close. 5. Awkward light switch positioning. 6. Lots of missing and mismatched dishes. 7. There are 2 FULL size beds; NOT Queen as advertised.
Property was run down. Ceiling was falling in. Dogs barked all night. Screaming and banging all night. A man next to our room had a billy club and banged it on railing outside our room all night until 5am. Been visiting PCB for 40 years and never felt so unsafe in my life.

I reserved two rooms and they lost one of my reservations. Luckily i printed out my confirmation. We were there for two nights and did not have any towels when we arrived. It was almost 5pm the next day before we got 4 towels for 7 people. The staff was rude and full of excuses. The pool was full of sand. The stairs to the pool and beach were falling apart and very narrow, even for my 5yr old. They advertise a fully equipped kitchen but we only had 3 plates, 1 cup and a small sauce pot. The lights wouldn't work in one suite nor the tv. The odor of Marijuana was so incredibly strong down on the outside lower level that it was very obvious. Don't waste your money here.

No smoking policy? Ha! Everyone smoked and staff did nothing. Property is run down and I should have expected so with the price. To top it off I just noticed a fraudulent charge 5 days AFTER we checked out. Glad I used my wellsfargo card as they were quick to reverse charges.
Nice for the price
Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location with just a few steps to have your toes in the sand. Spacious room and loved the large balcony overlooking the ocean.
Website did not match what the room looked like. Picture must have been taken when property first opened. Lamps did not work so could not see. Had to purchase candles. No phone, no iron, just noisy all around. So our vacation turned into a nightmare.
Loved it being right on the beach. Room was spacious. Great view of the beach. Biggest issue we had was the spare room key going out. Had to bring it to be set almost daily which wasnt that big of a deal. For the price this is a great deal. We will definately look here first to stay when we come back.
We travelled to PCB from Orlando to visit family. We arrived as a family of 5 by 4:30pm to check in and received our room keys for the 6th floor. We really just needed beds and of course a nice view for 2 nights. We go to our room and our keys didn’t work when we tried to enter our assigned room. As I was walking back to the very noisy and dirty elevator which btw has no license displayed from the State of FL. 2 men opened the door from inside to our assigned room and just slips past us and said oh sorry, we are leaving now… this was my first concern. I went to the front desk to tell them and the attendant was shocked and said that room was not occupied. so, we get a new room assigned to us on the same floor! There is only a deadbolt lock that wasn’t that effective so we did have a hard time sleeping knowing that anyone could just enter a room. Towels… you better bring your own! There’s no room service so towels, linens and pillows are scarce. The pull out sofa.. what a joke! My two teen boys will probably need a back adjustment after sleeping on the pull out for 2 nights. The sofa itself was dirty looking. The room smells of mold/mildew it’s an old building I get that but even the room shows that it hasn’t been updated in years. Book at your own risk!
Location was good. Nice spacious room. There could have been another front desk person when checking in. It was backed up and took awhile

I brought my family to this place and it was all hours of the night partying like loud music stopping around and slamming doors they need to get security. We didn’t get any sleep. Phones didn’t work elevators were so slow I took the stairs. Old motel, it surely wasn’t worth it.
