After arriving late and exhausted from a hurricane evacuation, we were checked into a room that had not been cleaned, and had to move rooms. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised it as pet friendly and that is had a hot tub. Then to our disappointment, there was an unexpected $75 additional charge for one pet, and we were rudely told to leave the hot tub area before we even got in, due to maintenance that they decided to do during operating hours. Also, the “hot” breakfast was cold and seemed to be old or reheated. With the additional pet fee our one night stay was over $300! For that amount of money I would expect the amenities to be functioning, a decent breakfast, and all additional fees to be included.

Great location! Super clean and beautiful beach access! The pool and hot tub are great to have too.
We loved the breakfast and lobby area. Some of the house keeping was rude and played their music really loud when cleaning the rooms besides that a nice place to stay.
It was good for a night. Has a parking garage and walk way connecting to the hotel. $21 a night for parking. But you will find that they are landlocked and parking is not easy to find.
Perfect location, beachfront, pet friendly and walking distance to stores and a 10 min walk to the dog beach and dog park. Friendly staff they were amazing!!

Check in was quick and simple. Justin was fabulous. His welcome was genuine, check in was personable and he made sure I knew where to find everything I needed. He wasn’t just doing his job- he took ownership of his role. I wish everywhere I stayed had a Justin.
