Old, unattractive hotel in middle of a parking lot, with no attractive landscaping. Locked to prevent entry, even for guests. Claimed I had two expired reservations, not current correct reservation. Hustled me to go to meeting to consider buying a timeshare. Depressing interior spaces. Nice enough rooms, except for view of parking lot. No restaurant or bar?
The unit was beautiful and large. So were the grounds. Unfortunately at check-in they guided me to another woman in the lobby for my "wecome packet." That consisted of a heavy sales job to tour a time share property in Palm Springs. I said i was tired after a long day of travel. She kept trying and trying to sell me. It left a bad taste.
Loved the central location, pool, kitchen, and gym. Staff was really nice and helpful.
Loved the kitchen, was able to cook full Thanksgiving meal and have nice sit down meal with friends.
Central location
The no housekeeping is not good for business… especially if you are staying for more than a week. You have to ask multiple times for additional towels and bed sheets as if they do not pay attention to requests They need to make upgrades in many areas and need to stop harassing guest with time share offers … calling a room every 20 minutes is ridiculous
Very clean and soacious rooms. The resort is within walking distance of shopping and dining in the down town area. If come back this will be our first choice for accomodations.
Spacious and clean
While this is by no means a new property, it's very well kept up, and the rooms are HUGE. The pool is quaint and is everything you'd expect for a Palm Springs, complete with palm trees and mountain views. What it lacks in a modern aesthetic, it makes up for in a cool throwback 80's/90's vibe. The best part is the service and location. Every staff member was beyond friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. It's also great for LGBTQIA folks, as it's located just a 1/2 block from Hunters and a 2-block strip of gay/queer bars and shops. I was pleased for the price.
It was just what I needed
Large rooms
Spacious rooms, great location, hot tub and pool! Tennis courts need some work and so is the surface around the pool. But overall an amazing deal!
spacious room
The location is great, the staff very friendly and was able to win both at table tennis and pool.
Nice location
Great rooms with amenities, great location, great customer service.
