Marriott Desert Springs Villas #4 1-bdrm 4/10 - 4/17

This rental includes the 1st full weekend of the Coachella Valley Music Festival.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 4-night minimum and the only check-in day is Friday the 10th unless you make special arrangements with the owner.

Also, the last 2 nights - Wednesday and Thursday are available at $88 each in case you wish to extend your stay for a little longer. You can buy just one of those nights or both. Hence, Disregard the calendar that says $150 which is only for those who are renting any of those 2 weekday nights but are NOT renting the weekend nights.

Your rental also includes limited access to the pool, tennis courts and the two golf courses of the adjacent JW Marriott hotel located on the same property. You will definitely want to see the lobby of the hotel with is dock and gondolas that ferry you to other areas with shops and restaurants.

Free shuttle bus service is provided between various sections of Desert Springs Villas as well as to and from the hotel with its array of restaurants and shops.

There is a Shuttle bus from the resort to the Music Festival. Check with the Concierge for the schedule.

The DSV resort property has 7 separate pools and jacuzzis available to it, lots of BBQs, 2 fitness centers, convenience store, even facilities for kids. FREE covered parking and Wifi included.

DESCRIPTIONS: The one-bedroom KIng Suite unit sleeps 4. The bedroom has a king-size bed and has its own TV. It is spacious with a beautiful 2-room bathroom. The good-sized living room has a large TV, a fireplace and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. The full kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, toaster and a large refrigerator. There is also a clothes washer and dryer. Best of all, a nice patio deck accessed from the bedroom and the living room overlooks one of the lush golf course fairways.

The 2-room bathroom has a large shower, sink and counter and toilet in one room and a whirlpool bathtub with a large vanity and sink in the other.

Additionally, there is also a studio unit available that also sleeps 4. If you would like them both I can try to get the two joined together but there are no guarantees that can be done.

A major supermarket is located just 5 minutes up the street from the resort entrance.

Desert Springs Villas is a short, under 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing. It is a 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall.
