The balcony and view were wonderful. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant on the water was very pleasant
All aspects and value are average. Service at the restaurant was friendly but slow; rooms are average, at best. Front desk was transactional, only. Parking, for an additional $32/ day… why not just include in the price of the room? Location is nice; but for the price it would be nice to receive a little more upscale experience.

Having to pay for parking was not appteciated
Very upset to find that the restaurant & bar closed at 9pm and there was no room service. Repeatedly tried to call the front desk and restaurant in the morning and call would either not go through or no one answered. Would not stay here again.
First time visiting facility. Location great. Service at outdoor bar less then engaging from staff...Loud music til 11 pm one night. Not pleased overall.

Loved that it felt luxurious and yet completely low key....loved that it was pet friendly...even tho i didnt have a pet....lost mine recently and it was so soothing to have people at the hotel feel free to let me engage with their pets....just a lovely venue...very nice service..my parents have a place nearby and i will always try to get a room with waterstone whenvi visit...it was a delite and perfect!!!!
The view was amazing! Just want I wanted. I hate to be by the beach and have no view. This hotel is in a fantastic location. You an walk to the beach and views all around. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
