The hotel was located in a perfect place!! Close to beach, stores and restaurants!! The staff was terrific!! It was a great stay!!

First of all my confirmation clearly had a cancellation clause that said I could cancel anytime up to 1 cay before my date of arrival. I booked my stay on January 7, 2018.and my arrival date was Feb 11th, On January 20th the hotel charged my credit card for 100% of my room charges and taxes. I called them and said that for the months of Feb and March that is their policy and If I cancel I would not receive any refund or credit. I fully intended on making the trip and I didn't want to risk the loss of the room so I didn't take it any further at that point. The consequence for me was that I had to pay the bill for the hotel one month earlier than I would have had to pay if they charged my card on the day I departed the Hotel. Now about the Hotel, we were supposed to have a room with a balcony which we did not get, they tried to move me a day after we settled into the room they gave me but we elected not to move. The entire hotel was full of dust and we had mold in our shower which we asked them to remove and they made a half hearted attempt to clean it and we got a housekeeper and gave her an extra tip to come to the room and clean the mold. Buffet breakfast was included every day, The toasters were about 20 years old, one of them only toasted half the bread and the back of of people waiting was uncomfortable and unfair. The seating capacity was posted at 60 and they shut it down at 9:30 which produced an overcrowding between 8:30 & 9;30.

Enjoyed everything about this place. Will definitely stay here again!

Extra friendly and helpful staff. I had a simple request they were able to honor and I very much appreciated it. On site parking at no additional cost. This is a very clean hotel property. Large common area on main level. Pool is nice, but noisy at street level. Not much they can do about that. Rooms are comfortable. There aren't many hotel options in Delray Beach, but this is class act property.

The hotel staff were friendly and kind, but the whole facility is a bit run-down. It is near the beach end of Atlantic Ave, however, and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Free parking on premises was worth it. The kitchenette made eating restaurant leftovers easy. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Close to stores and restaurants on the strip. Beautiful view from the balcony. One block from beach.

WORST COFFEE EVER!!! Otherwise, it was fine. Can't beat the location.

Good location in Delray Beach, within walking distance of everything. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly, even the breakfast crew in the morning. Parking is secure and on the hotel property.

The price was great for the location which can expensive in that area... we had a great weekend.

Marriott Residence Inn at Delray is a bit worn (chipping paint, dents on the appliances, poorly designed breakfast area) but is close to the beach and otherwise ok. I appreciate the extra room when traveling with my daughter and it's great to have a "kinda sorta kitchen" to prepare food for when you tire of going out. The breakfast buffet is boring and subpar but better than nothing.

Great location and friendly and helpful front desk personnel. Room was very clean.

Great location in Delray Beach. Close to the main strip, food and bars. Clean hotel, fast check in and very large breakfast with a lot of variety.

I was very happy with the hotel and room was everything described, however I did find the same room on a different site for 13 bucks cheaper a nite. I kid of was annoyed with myself. other than that all was delightful.

The 1 bedroom suite with 2 double beds was spacious, modern, and so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was wonderful!!

Close to beach and restaurants. Ocean view from small balcony. Would be nice to have pool bar available.

Rooms a little small. AC was out for 2 days although staff offered a new room.

Nice, clean room. Great location. Excellent breakfast that comes with the room. We were very happy to stay at this hotel.

Awesome location and nice staff. The property was well-kept, although slightly aged it was kept up nicely. I felt the location and cleanliness and overall "safe" feeling of the hotel made it well worth the price paid. For the area it is a good value. The beach is only a 5 min walk and there is plenty to do up the Atlantic strip. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a solid choice. A bit old in the teeth, but clean, and well maintained. The staff is professional, and friendly. The breakfasts are good, and the location is great.

Good location, recently renovated, good value compared with other in the area.
