The carpet was dirty. Ants in bathroom and on carpet. Refrigerator not working. On the second day, only beds were made, but no coffee refill provided and floor was not vacuumed. Bathroom sink had a crack and shower knob was broken. We left on second day.

This is a nice place. Easy. No frills. Tv, breakfast are not good.

Room was ok but Hugh areas of stain on carpet and hardly any hanger in the room. Chair in room was old and ugly and dirty Staff is really rude and uncaring.. Never say Good morning. and no Smile an any face.

First may I say everyone I met at this hotel were wonderful people. And the lobby and first floor was as expected and acceptable. However the fourth floor was not. There is an intense odor that remained throughout my brief stay. The room had a smell of urine. The carpet and paint are well worn and stained. The room was quiet and it met my basic needs of a safe place for few hours rest. I am sure that with some repairs and freshening up it will be awesome again.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The pool area is relaxing and the hotel’s proximity to the airport and downtown West Palm Beach are great. However, after the first day, housekeeping only made one of the two beds in our room and took the dirty towels without leaving new ones. The hallways smelled dingy and damp and we found bugs in our room. They also advertise a free shuttle to the airport but fail to disclose that it doesn’t start running until 8am. Overall, the experience was not terrible, but we will definitely not be staying here again.

I booked 3 rooms for employees I had traveling, I was charged for 4 rooms. It took 3 weeks of contacting both the hotel itself and the customer care corporate number in order to get the 4th room refunded. No one ever called me back or explained the situation they just refunded it. I work for a University and we need a receipt for every single transaction no matter what it is. I have called the hotel and corporate line FIFTEEN TIMES trying to get this stupid receipt and no one can help. Customer care won't help and the staff at the hotel keep giving me excuse after excuse, I've left 3 messages and no one returned them, I had the front desk take my name and number down for the manager who would 'return in just a few minutes and call me back', yeah nothing. Not a single return call after 15 attempts! This place is awful and I will never send anyone there or to another Ramada again. I've told everyone else who books travel where I work not to use them as well.

This property has a poor security history due to its lack of Security, including surveillance cameras ONLY at the front of the hotel facility. My vehicle was burglarized along with several other vehicles on numerous occasions and hotel management offers NO COMPENSATION! The rooms however are very clean and comfortable. Overall, don't pay your money only to lose even more due to this hotel lack, or even NO sufficient Security.

Carpet in room dirty and full of spots, roaches running around, dead roach laying on tray with ice bucket sitting on it. Was there for 3 night while leaving the room on Saturday December 2 notice that there was no house keeper was on the floor but did see who was supposed to be the house keeper supervisor and told her that I would like room to be clean room number (328), I went out and came back later that evening the room was never clean

They are really racist. They front desk is terrible rude and I don’t think they going to school for that cause the. Way they treat people is so bad.

Dirty rugs, mold smells in the halls , needs painting

Not worth the money. Way over priced for an old simple hotel.

I rented a room for couple hours. All I wanted was a shower and some sleep after driving 18 hours from Pearland Texas. The shirts , towels, and bathtub were all dingy white. The carpet in the room was not in the best condition. However, I saw a roach crawling up the wall between the two beds. I thought this was isolated so I took a bath and went to sleep. I then got up and went out for a bite. Got back in after dark and roaches were all over. I found three live ones , and saw several dead ones in corners. Could not sleep before my 18 hour drive back home. I was more worried about taking back any to my own home.

Unsafe, dirty. Filthy. Stayed in 106. AC louder than a plane, and blew hot air. Tub was disgusting full of bugs. Carpet multiple stains. Room smelled. Did I mention odd bugs all around, and even came up in the shower which wouldn't drain. Smelled like they sprayed Febreeze on a dog feces. I got in from a long flight and would have been happier outside, but not there. Young kids (18-24) running around all night, police, smell of weed, bottles around. Parking lot was horrible, I had to check my car constantly, and ask people at 0300 to NOT lean on my car. Staff were very, very nice. I did not mention the issues as there were simply so many. There were people hanging out outside 24 hrs around the clock, with cell phones, jabbering. I am not "skiddish" as an ex-cop, and large dude; but, this place has gone so far down hill in the last 8-10 years it is un-stayable. Upper floors are a bit better, but not safer. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR FIRST.

Stayed for one night to attend concert at Coral Sky Amphitheater. Quick check in, staff was friendly upon both check in and check out. Comfortable beds.

Each time I choose this hotel my stay is always an ABOVE average experience!

Good location, and easy to connect to. The hotel needs work in a few areas... 1. The wifi isn't encoded, and is poorly secured. Really? This is a no-brainer...the Howard Johnson chain (another Wyndham brand) has done it. That's just lazy. 2 My plane arrives and I got to the hotel at 12:30 pm. Check out time was at 11 and check in at 3pm. They told methat there were absolutely no rooms ready, so I had to change for a memorial service in the men's rest room this room out of season in West Palm Beach FL At the peak of the summer heat...they're telling me they had NO rooms for an early flight arriver? Not ONE? I assure you the hotel wasn't anywhere *near* fully booked. C'mon now...

Would stay again . No complaints . Customer service was nice . Not many food choices around the area though

This is a great hotel for disabled access. Elevators and a lift for the pool.

My stay was good. You need to improve on your breakfast conditons My 3 night stay dont require $100.00 per visit

dirty hotel with poor service

worst hotel for business trips
