Very small room, badly in need of total renovation. Only good thing was location.

The carpet needed to be cleaned. It was gross. Bathroom floor was not clean. Dust and hair.

To begin the bed was bended In the middle, it was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep at all. The room smelled old, Carpet super dirty. Waste of money, I could sleep better in my car.

It needed a paint job inside. The AC unit was loud. I couldn't control the room temperature. It only allow you to stop at 60. 2 police cars was in front of lobby for hours, blocking entrance drive way.

Hotel was dated in the rooms and halls. The reception area was fine

Reserved a nonsmoking room through Orbitz. When I checked in was told only smoking rooms were left. Room had a recently patched portion of wall that had not been painted. Not up to par for a La Qunita Inn.

I did not like my stay. They have very limited shuttle service (from 10 am-4pm). The staff is not service oriented. I was given a smoking room when I reserved a non smoking room. I'm not willing to stay at LaQuinta again until this is resolved.

The room was fairly clean but, the mattress on one side was torn so the springs were exposed. There was no other room available so I had to story in that room. On the other hand, the staff was exceptional and did their best to be customer friendly.

This hotel room had lots of space for all of your stuff. Had no problems other than having to listen to dogs bark and smell their aroma. The hotel seemed to have long term residents and people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot.

We stayed at this hotel before our early morning flight home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and was very comfortable. For just a one night staff it was very good.

The rooms floors were dirty like they had not been cleaned. The door to our room didn't close easily, you had to slam it shut. They only gave us only three pillows and when we went down to the lobby asking for 1 additional pillow the front desk said they do not keep any extras to give out. The walls were thin and you could hear into the room next to ours, the conversations the people were having and the TVs were being played over each other. The price was great but would of picked another hotel for $20 more had we known you couldn't get a good night sleep without hearing your neighbor next to you ! We were there on business and were woken up multiple times throughout the night from hallway and rooms next door

Unfortunately it was the end of vacation. However, we booked the room the night before on a last minute booking. We opted for a room with two double pillow top mattresses. We arrived to a small suite that had the bed we asked for and more. There was a sofa bed, included and a corner couch. I think it was a not of over kill having the sofa bed. But we enjoyed our stay for the night. We had the best nights sleep we had in a week of beds to sleep on. The room was very clean.no cigarette smell in the corridors anymore. The elevators were still down to one. I had spoke with a woman and she told me that they would have to pay $25,000 per elevator to keep both running and maintained, according to the some county ordinance that was in place. I personally find that hard to believe. Since I can't fathom how a popular chain of hotels would allow for one of their facilities to be in such a position with as many people I had seen going in and out. The staff was very kind, they are what the locals call " on Island time " there is now rush to help you quickly.

The Hotel it self is in a decent location near a few restraunts within walking distance, fairly close to shopping center, and Outlet mall to pick up the few items that were forgotten.The Hotel standards could use an improvement. the rooms were not as comfortable as most would expect from this chain of hotels to stay at. Only one elevator out of two worked it did seem like a long wait for it to arrive after being called. The corridors smelled like stale cigarette smoke on the non smoking floors. The staff was kind and helpful

Pleasant but not overwhelming . Pool furniture dirty and elevators had garbage and spilled beverages in it. My room water was turned off for over an hour and one of the elevators was out of order.

My room was ready upon arrival which I love. Spacious and clean it was exactly what I needed for my stay. Great coffee in the am and a delightful staff . I will definitely return.

The hotel was conveniently located off of the freeway and easy to find. The room was clean and staff nice. However, for the money spent, I believe that the hotel is overpriced. It may have just been the location but based on appearance and the rooms, it was definitely too expensive. Unfortunately we stayed in a room right beside the elevator and it was very loud all night long. There was also some sort of dog show close by and there were barking dogs late night and early morning. We were in the area for a funeral and were not able to get much sleep.

I'm sorry about the AC unit. Hopefully we can find the room you were in and get it addressed right away. We use the local Sheriff's department for our security. I am guessing that another officer just stopped by.

Steve, Sorry that you received a smoking room. We do try to place everyone in the room type that they request but unfortunately we can't always accommodate this. As for the wall, it will be found and taken care of asap. This should not have happened.
