The front desk clerk Frank was great! Always smiling alway friendly always there! Difficult times he did better than most would expect!

Bit loud on fourth floor, yelling, running, screaming; but stopped at 10pm. Main issue was check in. Noone else around in lobby, just me. Asked "Can I help you". I answered yes, gave last name, said I was checking in. Sharlpy told "Wait, just wait a second......."....No biggie; but nothing was going on and I asked...I then stood there alone with employee for an awkward 30 seconds, then he asked again...I said the same thing, he attempted to check me in....failed....3 mins later another employee came out and assisted and checked me in. Not a crisis at all, new people are, well, new. Got to room, called, spoke with new employee "O Town". Asked for wake up call 0700 and 0720. TOld "OK". I then asked nicely "I just want to make sure"...Got a "Yeah" then click. Its 0923. NO %^&*( wake up call at all...nada....So, hour and a half late for meeting/breakfast in town.. ONE JOB, OTOWN, ONE JOB. If you have an employee that is costing you $$, set them free. I stay here 4-6 times a year...no more. All I need is cleanliness and a wake up call. I got cleanliness, no wake up call. Will not return.

The first room they gave me smelled terrible. The second room had dirty laundry in the room through out the stay. Even after I told the staff, the dirty clothing remained in the same spot. Cleaning personal even left cleaning supplies in the room that remained there until night when I returned to the room

The staff person at the front desk was really understanding about how tired I was at check-in, and I think he selected a quieter room for me. Regardless, it was a very quiet room. Clean. Perfect for this weary business traveller.

Breakfast, Microwave, bar fridge, coffee maker was a plus. 1 tiny roach spotted near tub; therefore, orkin is needed.

It was animal hair on our both bed, and roaches in our room.

Friendly staff, clean, modern facilities. The lock on door didnt work but it wasnt a problem. Staff came up and offered to move me but i was already unpacked and wasnt going out again.

Love everything about the property especially the front desk service they were the most pleasant :)
