Coffee maker didn’t work . Just used the breakfast bar coffee. Tv worked then wouldn’t then with front desks help corrected it with batteries and a call from Dish rep. We had a pet (cat) who jumped into tub and left dirty footprints from carpet.

Convenient, fast service. I Will stay again.

Hotel conditions are old needs upgrading in a lot of areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean.

Could be cleaner

Disappointing hotel- 2 bad rooms, poor service and maintenance. First room (214). Sink stopper disconnected. Door handle to bathroom exceptionally loose (3/8" slop) - needed tightened down. Shower curtain rod had the top screws on each side out of the wall and rod draped down so that it would not stay closed. About 4 issues were then reported to clerk for maintenance to fix the next day. Otherwise, the room was suitable. In reality, these things should have been reported by the staff and taken care of before the room was rented. Next day, came back to 214. No maintenance, maid service, or fresh towels. Told clerk and asked if another room available. Clerk gave me another room (520). No accessible electrical outlet on the side of the bed for my CPAP, but found one behind the bed - only accessible by pulling the bed out from the wall, plugging in, and pushing the bed back up again the wall and plugs. Then the bed was horrible - felt like a worn out fold out sofa bed with barely any mattress on it.. Then, all night long I heard what sounded like a commercial sized washing machine sloshing around linens just outside my room. So after a very poor night of sleep, I decided to take a shower before starting my day. The shower was limited to basically a stream straight out of the pipe and the shower head could not be adjusted to a spray of any type. So basically, no service and lack of upkeep. I think I can find a lot better suitable accommodations.

Room floor was dirty, toilet would not flush properly, try to plug anything into outlets they fall back out, could not charge hearing aids and phones. A/C was extremely dirty. Will not stay there again.

It was a very last minute booking. Rooms are dusty and dirty, rugs are disgusting. Beds are super hard, looks like homeless people stay there, our room it was a connecting room, people on the other side were yelling each other. At the the check in the girl in the counter charged me for 2 rooms. Theonly positive was Orlando at lobby, he helped us with the double charges, he was nice. And very closed to airport, shuttle started at 10:30am. Please avoid to stay here. Period.

Front desk gentleman that checked me in was very nice and helpful. 5 stars!

Clean room

Perfect!

An older property that needs updated. Neighborhood behind it seemed a little sketchy. Most disappointing thing was that the advertised airport shuttle, which we were counting on, did not run on Sunday or early weekdays. Fortunately, Alamo car rental allowed us to keep the car and extra day, otherwise we would have had to do a taxi.

Very unclean, floor in room filthy.

No hot water the day of checkin and the following morning before checkout. Simply unacceptable @ $250/ night.
