Nepita _ Rural residence

The house is located in the countryside, in the middle of a large field and at 700 metres above sea level.
Due to such a position sometimes, in the evening, and depending on the wind direction, it can feel a bit cool.
We are on the top of a hill, surrounded by nature. This guarantees you a very peaceful stay but for any movement you need to use a vehicle.
The nearest town is Palazzolo Acreide, 3 kilometres away from the house. Palazzolo has plenty of facilities, is a lively community centre with interesting baroque architecture and historical sites.
We live in a different building inside the property and are always available for any need or to suggest you the best itineraries according to your wishes.
The rooms Amelia e Gilda are on the ground floor, room Maria is on the first floor (access via a spiral staircase).
Every room has its private bathroom.
Each room has air conditioning. Darkening masks for sleeping, if needed, are also available for each guest.
Bathrooms have a large shower, full set of towels, cotton buds, toothpaste in tablets, hands and body soap, shampoo and a hairdryer.
There is free wifi in the property, the password will be found in the room.
The house will take maximum 6 guests who will share the common areas and/or facilities which are the kitchen, the living area, the dining area, the outside and the garden with its salted water swimming pool and solarium.
