Not really gonna waste my time typing.. Had to wear slippers in room, floor dirty, pool dirty, sheets torn and towels moldy.. still wondering how this is a 4star Seriously.... disappointed.
This is a great hotel to stay in. Alll the staff were very courteous with me. It's by the roadside where one get a trike to town. The hotel staff always kept keep understand the filliw. the hotel sorrounimg honey.
Amazing hidden jewel. Great staff, rooms, and food. A pretty, artsy and very quiet place. Could not ask for a nicer hotel. Easy 5 stars.

This was a nice, slightly dated hotel that provided good value. The rooms were clean. Complimentary breakfast buffet was good, with a mix of local and Western foods. Pool was terrific. The restaurant in the lobby was good and the baked goods were terrific. Location was about 15 minutes from the "city," so a little out of the way, but there was always a tricycle standing by outside if you wanted to go somewhere. We didn't venture down B.M. road to the beach, but I understand it's nice. It is 90 minutes from the subterranian river, but still closer than any hotels "in the city." Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a complementary shuttle to and from the airport, which was great when arriving to a place we had never been.
Rooms are ver comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was very good and the staff goes out there way to make sure you are happy with your stay and needs. The pool area was nice with a bar. Very fair prices and breakfast was amazing!!!
