Cool place to stay
I have a mixed feelings about this stay. It looks like this kind of hotel does not do cleaning every day and you can tell. I did not like the fact that in order to have some more towels I had to take down the dirty one and they were replaced one for one, never happened to me before. My wife had to go to the lobby to have a second TV remote replaced because they would not bring it upstairs. When I told the lady at the lobby my room number she told me that they don't have that room.... Finally, three out of four washing machines were broken as two dryers were too. This place has potential but I truly believe it needs a better management.
Everything was what we expected! It was clean and comfortable! Love Being able to cook our own food. We walked to the beach everyday,

Paid for a king bed got a double then paid for upgraded wifi to use netflix and wouldnt work hopefully they will fix at checkout
I’m a disabled veteran and I need an access room. I planned a trip from over 500 miles away, the money was taken from my credit card but upon check in, I had no room available for me and I still have not received my full refund although I purchased trip protection. I will never use your services again and I will make sure all of my friends and social media that pays attention to me is fully aware of it I lost a business contract due to your error.
Check in agent was not very friendly. For the price, they should have more than a coffee bar. Get a toaster and offer bagels, get some real milk for coffee. Definitely not worth the price. Rooms have hard floors, not carpet. Toiletries in bathroom are subpar and no hair conditioner. Will not stay at an Extended Stay again unless they lower the price. For twenty dollars more, I could have stayed at a much nicer place. Also, it’s right next to the freeway.
I liked the room and the location of the hotel Staff was professional
We won’t recommend this hotel to our friends. Hallway smells. Noisy room couldn’t sleep.
My room was less than 50 yards from I-5, and I could hear the cars all night long. The windows are not sound proof. It was hard to sleep at night. One plus, it is only 7 blocks from Carlsbad beach, which was lovely to walk to. You had to walk through 2 very sketchy blocks first though.
