Clean facilities; definitely could use some overall TLC!

Very nice place to stay close to Cleveland. The restaurant and lounge are very nice and serve good food and drink. The rooms are very well maintained and very comfortable.

The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holiday. It was clean and a great lounge experience. Good morning breakfast and buffet was delicious

Quail Hollow is very convenient to my client's location, but it also provides some very nice amenities. I brought my family along, so the two pools were great for them to occupy their time while I worked during the day. At night, especially with the construction on OH-44, the ability to eat in at CK Steakhouse is a plus as they do have some kid friendly options.

The room was pretty dirty. There was makeup and mud on the blankets, hair in the shower and sink. When having breakfast in the restaurant, three of the four coffee cups were not clean. They bring you a carafe of coffee that looked like it hadn't been washed in days. Very disappointed with my stay.

Room difficult to find. Key card did not work & made us late for our appointment. Given full bed instead of queen as expected & pillows smelt like sweaty old man.

Basic stay, traditional room. Clean and neat. Pillows were terrible.

Amenities were very good as were the restaurants. Lovely entrance and lobby. Multiple pillows, duvets were a plus. Resort directory not available.

My wife and I were a little displease with this Resort, It felt more like a 3 star hotel then a resort. The room ac was as so loud that every time it came on we woke up.

Seemed remote at first. Arrived at night. Found out that it was conveniently located close to multiple business and industrial areas, shopping and to parks along the lake.

The staff was very pleasant, the accommodations were great. I'd definitely come back.

Clean, convenient, quiet and pleasant surroundings. Gave us early check-in time so we could change clothes between our grandson's graduation from Akron University and his reception at our son's home. Enjoyed relaxing on the private patio outside our room at the end of a perfect day.

Nice find for late at night east of Cleveland, just off I-90. However the directions may send you past the hotel,,, and it is the first left off the main road, and then first right. Woke up to nice surroundings, pool and golf course that we didn't take advantage of.

It hurt to walk down the hall A/C was blowing hard with temp approximately 60. I felt like I was in a wind tunnel in a meat locker. When I told guy at front desk, he said, "Some people think it's too hot and some people think it's too cold." Took wife to bar. My Guiness was a half glass because it was last one in keg #they didn't charge me for it#. A guy at the bar ordered Grey Goose. They said they were out of it .NOT resort ambience.

Had a great time at Quail Hollow. The staff could not have been friendlier and the hotel room was spotless. Pillows were not fantastic, but the bed was comfy. We ordered lunch poolside and they brought it down to us and it was delicious. Good times.

Beautiful resort. Excellent food. Staff very accommodating .

We usually stay at inexpensive hotels, so we were thrilled to get such a bargain on such a nice hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. We didn't use the pool or other facilities, but they looked great as well. Definitely would do this again!

Can't beat the value. The Resort Hotel was nothing short of Awesome. The Breakfast Buffet was not free but you get what you pay for and their Buffet was incredible. The Resort restaurant was a little expensive for my tastes and their were no sandwiches or lighter meals available at dinner time on the adult menu. I ate my niece's cheese burger and fry meal off of the kids menu and it was as big a meal as an adult meal at a regular sit-down restaurant. It also was delicious which is unusual for a kids menu item.

Not a bad stay at all. Room and Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. Got a room w/ a walk in shower, no tub, that was nice, but the floor got just a bit wet outside of the shower. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST - very pricey breakfast/lunch/dinner! $7.95 per person for cheapest breakfast which was assorted pastries and juice! So we got bagels and cream cheese from a nearby Wal-Mart. McDonald's very close too, so I'd recommend packing other foods you can snack on unless you're rich. Or just go to McDonald's LOL! Just a little too upscale for us, but it was a very nice Hotel. Inside and outside pool with a hot tub inside were awesome! Hot tub was great the first day but extremely hot the 2nd day we stayed, but if you can handle it, it's awesome! Kids aren't really allowed in the hot tub, but everyone let them in there. My kids loved the place. Staff didn't really interact w/ us much so I can't say how they are. Rooms seemed very quiet to me. Didn't hear many people walking, etc. I'm not bothered by some noise anyway. Nice if you like to golf or do wine tasting. Had a spa where you could get a massage. Overall, I'd recommend and stay again. But would LOVE a free continental breakfast, considering how upscale the place is, they'd make money regardless. They have weddings and such there, so probably make plenty of money.

good solid hotel; great value; and location cant be beat when playing Quail Hollow.
