The motel room was clean but the coffee maker did not work. The motel was situated close to the things we were doing and close to restaurants. The room was very small, however, so it left little room to place suitcases.

The room was clean, the carpet not so much. The internet was too slow to nothing. The A/C works fine but is the wrong location and too noisy. The bed is good and firm, you can sleep fine

Very clean and nice to stay .

For the price it was a great stay. I will recommend it for those looking for a budget hotels.

The hotel was perfected for what we needed. Cheap and convenient. Only issue

The room was very old/outdated & dark inside. The shower barely had any water pressure & the sink was very old/stained & chipped. The lady at the front desk was nice when we checked in. And they offer free continental breakfast but there is almost nowhere to sit. The location is also good & walking distance to good restaurants & close to Lake Powell dam, however, I would not stay here again.

Great location walkable to many things Safeway, restaurants, antelope canyon tours etc.

No water for several hours after we checked in. Can’t use restroom can’t take shower.

This hotel has changed its name and is now the Lake Powell Canyon Inn. Don't stay at this hotel! The check-in experience was awful, and the staff and manager were unprofessional. I had called them in advance to request a rollaway bed, and they assured me we would have one. When I first checked in, the staff member at the desk said the rollaway bed was already in the room. When I got to the toom (which was small and dark and resembled a storage unit from the outside), there was no rollaway bed there. I went back to ask about it, and the staff member (who was smoking right in front of a no smoking sign) told me it wasn't available for rooms of that size and expressed doubt that I'd actually been told that I would get a rollaway. When I asked for a refund, she wasn't helpful at all. I asked several times to speak to the manager, but she said the manager wasn't available. She also threatened to call the police. Finally she called the manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional and also threatened to call the police. I realized I didn't feel comfortable staying there (it was just my kids and me), and so I had to book another (nicer) hotel. I'm out over $300, and the hotel also added another charge onto my credit card. An awful experience in the middle of an otherwise wonderful vacation with my kids. Still dealing with Orbitz's bureaucracy to see if I can get a refund. And the hotel has no working website, so it's hard to see what they offer at all.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel and inexpensive but the room appeared to be clean. People were enjoying the outdoor pool. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Room was clean but small. We liked the seating area behind the room. My kids loved the playstructure which was a great entertainment for them. Breakfast was OK, just sad that they use plastic and throw away dishes and cutlery.

Be aware that if you ever have need to be released from your reservations for any reason, for instance the room was unacceptable, or you felt un-safe or whatever. They will not refund the charges. They said my room could not be filled and then told the person behind me was told there were no rooms available after I turned in my keys upon inspection of the room. So beware. You need to be 100% certain you want to pay for this room even if you do NOT want to stay in it.

This place is great for people who are traveling to Antelope, Grand Canyon or that area. The hotel has its own pool, kids playground. Clean place, no concerns. I liked the variety for breakfast( wafers, muffins, bagels, eggs, oatmeal, tea/coffee).

Rooms were simple and clean...A lot of counter space around the sink.

Room clean good location breakfast ok but Not so much Place inside to sit down
