Jill was great from the start. Super nice and warm after my long day of travels. grazie mille

Jill was wonderful accommodating my son the groom and his bride as they prepared for there wedding. It is a lovely hotel in a great location with parking.

Attentive

They advertised that they had breakfast. I chose this place, in part, because I wanted to provide breakfast to my son and wife. When I got there, they said their breakfast was “suspended” due to Covid and that they had pastries. Fine. The next morning, they didn’t have that and feigned ignorance until I heard another patron bring up the broken promise of pastries. This hotel seems to be hiding behind “Covid protocols” to cheap out. Then the hotel gave me a measly $10 off parking for my troubles. It cost $35 to eat out. It’s not the money, it’s the lack of truthfulness.

The hotel had parking on site which is a perk for San Francisco. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and updated. Being on a busy street it was a bit noisy but got quieter late at night. The only thing we did not like were the beds. They were very uncomfortable and only doubles. They also charged for the food that was available for breakfast.

Laurel Inn staff was very helpful, accomodating and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable as was the lobby and parking garage. We were invited to let staff know if we needed anything.

Great Location. Loved the decor. Even more i loved the view of the city from my room.

nice hotel close to presidio park and good restaurants

Clean room and roomy; staff friendly; walking distance to Kaiser Hospital a big plus; to be sure this is not a B&B but they do have fresh cookies at 3pm; water, coffee, and tea.

Everything was in perfect shape. No complaints! First quality everything! Good location for our family visiting.

Stayed two nights at the Laurel Inn and it was an excellent experience. Location was wonderful. Close to the Russian center of SF where I was attending the Russian festival. Hotel staff was gracious and very helpful with any requests. Room was on the third floor. Super quiet and very comfortable. The view was spectacular. I enjoyed every minute of my stay.

Every thing was good except the beds should be at least a queen not a small double.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was great and very accommodating, our flight was very early and they were kind enough to hold our luggage while we grabbed some lunch and explored the neighborhood. The room was clean and there was a fan in the room but if we opened the window a little bit the air outside was enough to cool the room. Very, nice comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

I was visiting family in the Inner Richmond area. This hotel was very convenient and proved a good choice. The staff were wonderful, we had beverages, cookies, and breakfast offered. I would have liked to go have a drink for the happy hour but unfortunately the adjacent bar was closed as it was Sunday. The room was clean and quiet and I was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very average hotel. The week before we were at the Argonaut on the Wharf with a beautiful view of the bay and Balclutha Ship with a much larger, nicer, updated room for exactly the same price. Hmmm

Staff is very friendly and it has a great location in Pacific Heights, a bit away from all the downtown. You can walk to Marina and Cow Hollow if you are in decent shape. Lots of excellent eateries around. Very confortable and also good for families as they have little kitchens.

Access to parking is a plus, rooms are clean and not cramped, good value for the expensive city.
