Best complimentary breakfast i’ve ever had staying at a hotel! The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the full kitchen was helpful during my stay. The staff was welcoming and efficient.

1. Right after registration, went to the room and saw a small roach run across the kitchen table. 2. There was a strong order in the room, could have been left over garbage? 3. Reported it to the main office, respectful desk worker but hesitant to move our room, she did. 4. New room location, only to find out that it was a handicap room, not good. 5. We were moved to a 2 bedroom , desk manager stated that was all they had available 6. Had to move once again, the following morning 7. Got moved again, come to find out that even that room was handicap, not good but stayed there not to cause any problems from the front desk.
Stayed overnight after spending time at the harbor for a bachelorette party. The staff was very friendly And helpful, room was comfortable and clean and there was an excellent free breakfast. No complaints!
This was a very nice hotel and was perfect for our weekend. We had an event at the Gaylord convention center and this was just across the street and more affordable.
Everything was perfect. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful and they even had dinners for free at their welcomes Tuesday through Thursday. I woke up with allergies to the down pillows, called the desk and within 5 minutes they came to my room with down alternative comforter and pillows.
