Reserved a "Premium" suite for 3 nights. Somehow, my reservation was made as 1 night and then a separate reservation for the latter 2 nights. Paid at checkin for an upgrade to ocean view on the first night. They told me, they would not have an ocean view available for the remainder of the trip. Thus, agreed to move rooms after the first night. At the time, I asked what "premium" entailed and was told that it translates to free unlimited snacks. (Like chips and crackers, ????). Was also told that when we checked out at 11:00 am after first night, we may not have a room to move into until 4:00 pm. Fortunately, they did have a room ready for us when we moved. New room was right by stairway/elevator. Thus, everyone checking in and out throughout the morning had to drag bags to and from the elevator which was right above our bedroom. It sounded like a train rolling over the bedroom making it impossible to relax. By the way... There were NO snacks of any sort. I would not call this room "premium" by any stretch. Finally, you should also quote the $32 per night parking charge when advertising the price. There is NOT a free option, so parking should be quoted in your price. That was very misleading.
