Comfortable guest house not far from the Oxford train tracks
We only spent one night, but this hotel met our basic needs. Room was spacious and everyone was very nice, especially Maria. It was an easy ten minute walk into town. Parking was a bit tricky, but there is no charge for parking, which was nice.
My husband and daughter spent 4 nights here and had a delightful time. The B&B is older, but very clean. The carpet is stained but everything else is spotless. Our breakfasts were very good; fresh fruit, bakery, choice of entre, juices, etc. The morning hostess was delightful and her recommendations for evening meals were spot on! Through her we found great places nearby, we did not rent a car nor find the need for one. It was about a 5 minute walk to downtown Oxford.
Thames River is within a 5-minute walk of The Osney Arms Guest House while other popular sites like University of Oxford are within a 15-minute stroll. This 10-room, 3-star guesthouse welcomes guests with conveniences like free breakfast, free self parking, and a terrace.
Free breakfast is included with your stay.
