The room we booked and paid for was no longer available. The front desk person attempted to charge us again after it was paid at booking. The bathroom and shower was dirty. There were people singing in the walkways outside our room. If it wasn’t for the fact that we just drove 12 hours and already paid, we would’ve went somewhere else! Never again
Pool had no water. Mattress in fold out couch was horrible. There was food under the mattress. The room smelled strongly of dog urine
Staff was great and the bathrooms were beautifully designed. Front desk was very kind and courteous
