The staff was very nice and it was a very convenient location for visiting the university

Room was clean and looked recently remodeled. Front-desk staff were responsive if not especially friendly. The breakfast items were the same each day but stock varied throughout the week (ran out of fruit and yogurt one day). Overall, the room was better than I expected for the price.

desk staff very nice and helpful. shower did not work. room clean and comfortable.

Exceptional value, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and very friendly and accommodating staff. Better than many of the larger-chain hotels we have stayed at which have been double the price. Well located near university and many of the retail and food stores.

Switch to turn on shower missing. And the lady at the desk said they were putting us in that room because the room they were originally going to put us in had the shower "backwards", whatever that meant. Also the space between the door and the jam was so wide you could almost see through it. Lifht was able to easily oass through it. Not very comforting when the hotel doors all face the parking lot.

Good location friendly hot breakfast nice sized rooms

Check in was easy nice staff good breakfast easy check out

I did not even stay at this hotel !! When I arrived at 12..The bare footed lady who had a tank top with NO bra on and pj pants with NO make up and NO kind of hotel attire for her clothing .. NOT even a name tag .. finally came to the front desk .. She advised me that I could NOT check in till 3-4 that afternoon due to they was busy the night before .. I had my 11 month old baby with me . and was needing MY room right then .. Thank God there was a hotel close by that was there to rescue me .. But as far as this hotel goes that yall perferred .. IT SUCKED ! And I work with Farm Bureau and we travel alot and I will never try this website again due to this incident

This is an old facility, showing the years of wear and tear. Okay for a basic place to sleep. Has fridge and microwave in room, but my microwave timer was ticking constantly and I couldn't get it to stop. Very convenient to Ole Miss.

Was in Oxford for Ole Miss orientation and booked this hotel. Smelled quite musty and just not clean. There was a short in the light above the sink... sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't! I would not stay here again. It would have been worth the extra $$ to get a better room. However, the bed was fairly comfortable and had a continental breakfast.

Chair cushions were very stained. Carpet looked bad, too. Only one ice machine, very far from room. Would not go there after dark. The morning staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. Way overpriced. Would not stay there again

very good location staff was very friendly and room was clean I would stay there again

Very friendly staff - the only downside is it has outside entrances to rooms and you had to slam the door... I would also turn off the loud heater before you go to sleep. No workout room, but they give you a free pass to a fine facility 1 block away.

it's okay. clean , location is good. kinda old but clean.

Experience was good for when I was there. Well cleaned room and good service.

It was the only room in town and there was a reason for that!

The hotel was nothing to bark at but for a clean and comfy room I'm not going to complain. It was very close to downtown Oxford as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all it's perfect for a single traveler staying for a few days. If I return to Oxford I'd definitely return to this hotel.

I was happy with my room. It was clean!!! I was not happy that I had to drag my luggage up stairs. There was NOT an elevator. Yes it was only two flights but I have knee & ankle issues. I WOULD NOT have booked this if I realized that ahead of time. The staff was okay. They had a tendency to cut you off when you are talking to preempt what I was thinking. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I will try to find another hotel when I go back. If you plan on swimming, know that your right in front with everyone in hotel and on the road.

This hotel was fine - a bit overpriced,- but we were grateful to find a place to stay during the Ole Miss Homecoming weekend. Room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. A/C & Heat worked fine. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fine. No meat - but lots of muffins & sweet rolls - and hot waffles!

This is a plain Jane kind of Hotel. The light fell off the wall when we tried to turn it on. It didn't get repaired while we were there( 2days). It appeared clean but I saw a few critters at night. Resturants are close by if you like fast foods. The pool had a lock on it and I was unable to use it.
