The room was great. But, when we returned back home, hundreds of miles away, we discovered we had left my wife's diabetes meds in the room refrigerator. I called the hotel, and spoke with Annie.. She had the meds on her front desk, and offered to pack them up for shipment back. All we had to do was arrange with a carrier. We really appreciated her eager willingness to help with our problem. Kudos to the staff at LaQuinta!

Clean, fresh bright & colorful atmosphere! Good breakfast.

I think the price was too high for the location. The breakfast was good though. The pool small but nice and warm.

We stayed for 5 nights. Very Loud during night and no hot tub. Breakfast was cold and beagles were stale. Had the do not disturb sign up and house keeping knocked any way. Won't stay next year.

Room was clean. Bedspread was way too much for the climate. But location, staff, breakfast were all outstanding. I'd stay there again.

We were attending a race in Talladega, so the location was good. The hotel is under renovation, so is understandable that things weren't up to grade. Once the remodeling is done , we would stay their again. The pool was not very nice! So much chlorine I burnt our eyes. For $211.00 a night.....very pricey for a hotel that needed to be renovated, but ...it was the Talladega race......

Great breakfasts they changed every day, had cookies and milk every night before bed. Great pillows and the bed was very comfortable.

I am disappointed as I reserved and paid for a suite and was provided a Handicapped room that is not a suite. I demand a refund of what I paid. That was a clear breach of agreement. CJ, JD

This was the only hotel we could find in the area that both allowed pets and didn't look like a set location for the first 48. It was in a nice enough area with lots of restaurants gas stations grocery stores etc and most were within walking distance... very clean, friendly staff, AWESOME free breakfast and being that it was winter time and rainy for the majority of our stay we really enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi... Kristi-Mae, Daisy and Bocephus all give it two thumbs up!

Front desk clerk was polite and helpful at check-in. Had fresh cookies, which was a treat. Room was comfortable and clean. The only minor issue was the mini-fridge didn't seem to be working right. I had a cooler so it was no big deal. I reported to the staff on check out.

Staff was excellent! Desk guy just as friendly and helpful as you could want. Homey atmosphere. My room was clean, and I had everything I needed. The only way that it could have been better was if the room was gold-plated, and they were giving out samples!

Check in went smoothly, but when I walked in the room I smelled cigarette smoke and quickly looked for an ashtray. Yes, it was a smoking room (and I had specifically booked a non-smoking room). When I returned to the front desk and asked about the possibility of getting a non-smoking room, I was told that "whoever booked your room booked a smoking room. We aren't supposed to change these pre-paid reservations, but I'll do it for you since we aren't very full." The second room I received was a non-smoking room, but there were stains on the carpet in front of the TV set and the walls in the bathroom also had stains in the upper corners. The room was not air conditioned when I arrived. Breakfast was below average, but was free.

We were in town to see family (stayed 3 nites). The TV didn't work properly when we arrived so she moved us to a different room. The satellite signal still messed up frequently in the other room. The room was dirty. The baseboard area in the room was very dirty. There was a dead spider on the bathroom floor under the sink. Although they came every day to change sheets and towels, they never swept the spider. The bathroom tile had a big chip in the middle of the floor. In the first room we were in, the front of the tub was filthy. The breakfast was minimual. Each day very little fruit. The last day we left at 6:00 am...one apple in the basket.

We were only there to sleep but nice location. Really like the suite, very roomy. Really liked the free internet in room that was a bonus we appreciated. Clean room, nice roomy bathroom.

The location was nice not too far from where we had to be on Saturday morning. The only thing I was upset about is that they did not place me in a handicap room like I had asked for, a few days ago when I booked. The service was wonderful but the rooms are not large at all. In other word for what you pay you should get alot for for the money.

My significant other and I were on a mini couple's getaway and decided to stay because we liked the southern charm of the decor. The rooms were spacious, and the stay was mostly pleasant. We did not use the room much on the 1st day, so we did not notice the ants in the bathroom until the 2nd night when we returned to the room. We were moved into a different room and everything else was fine. Overall, the stay was fine. If it wasn't for the ants I would have given the place 4 stars.

I love staying @ the Country Inn and Suites Hotels....I thought my best one was in Morrow,Ga, but I was wrong. This C.I.and S. really made my vacation really easy. The Morning Person there was so friendly and accommendating. I will surely stay there again. I guess you can say that I'm a CIS guy.... :-)

We are always looking for a nice clean hotel and one that has friendly staff and we found that when we checked in. The hotel was very clean and our room were the same. We didn't encounter any problems and will be staying there again when traveling that way. Also the price was great as well and we didn't have to deal with any pets. Wonderful!

WE MADE THIS TRIP TO OUR GRANDDAUGHTERS WEDDING. THE HOTEL JUST ADDED TO OUR PLEASURE. THANKS.

The room was reasonably priced, about half the price of the Hampton Inn next door. Service was ok, room was clean, breakfast was average.
