    About this property

    Inspire Top Floor

Our characterful spacious Edwardian ground floor apartment includes an unusual turret located in the living room, from here you can see semi panoramic views of Corpus Christi and University college sports house and grounds. The brand new kitchen is traditional in style, cute and loaded with good quality appliances, including a Krups bean to cup coffee machine, dishwasher, fan assisted oven, gas hob, built-in microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine. The large living room is quirky in architecture with contemporary furnishings and includes a Smart TV & Sound Bar. The apartment has a separate dinning room. The newly fitted bathroom includes a roomy walk in shower. Our place is very spacious and particularly good value for groups of 4 and family’s. Due to the number of windows the entire apartment is very bright and airy. Cleanliness and Comfort are our first priority. We like to add some defining touches and include those little things a visitor may forget to bring with them. When travelling, often time is short, we provide the information, basics and comfort so guests may maximise their time spent in Oxford for sightseeing, business and relaxation. Linens are professionally laundered to a hotel standard. Please contact us regarding parking.

    Property condition

We did not stay at this property. Could not access property on arrival and were not satisfied with external appearance, location and lack of parking. The owner had emailed that payment had failed (while we were in flight from Italy - only found at on arrival) and we elected not to stay at that property. I do not authorise any payment. 4/5 Good

        Victorian Neighborhood

This ground floor apartment has been nicely refurbished. Convenient to Christchurch and athletic fields and the river activities. Close to Ring road and bus stops leading to and convenient enough for north and east sections of Oxford and the rail station Discovered neighborhood essentials store and a fantastic restaurant called "Home" within 5 minute walk toward the centre. Large bathroom, kitchen and bay window dining area, washing machine, all very well positioned. Bedroom was swell. Front room great for TV watching and conversation, but abuts the walkway and Abingdon road, which has traffic until midnight, starting again around 5am.

        5/5 Excellent

          Great flat in south Oxford

The property had everything we needed--it was near the buses to Oxford's City Centre which made it convenient yet outside the crowded areas. We enjoyed having the Duke of Monmouth Pub nearby, as well as the little Portuguese takeaway shop. I loved the quirkiness of having every room on a step above the rest, which gave the feeling of the building having grown over time. Staying in a VRBO appeals to us, as it feels closer to what it would be like to live in the area. Walking the nearby streets showed the character of the local residences, and I enjoyed seeing the vicarage, church, and stone primary school nearby. The main street was rather busy during the day, being a commute artery into Oxford, but everything quieted down nicely at night. We would definitely return.
