Second time that I have stayed here in the last month. Property is convenient to I-74. Rooms need to have charging units in them (USB or similar). Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Check in was much faster than a few weeks ago. Would stay again.
Check in was quite slow, clerk had difficulty pulling up my reservation which was booked and paid for online. Email received from hotel was under a different company and showed a balance due. Subsequent receipt did indicate that the room was paid for. Breakfast quite good with many options. Quiet location far enough away from I-74 so that noise wasn't an issue.
Nice place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean. Great place if your traveling with a pet.

This is our 3rd trip to this hotel! The staff are SO FRIENDLY!! This may not be everyone we met but especially Cheyenne, Trish and Emily (brown hair) at the front desk. And always Diane is helpful in the kitchen - always! And Cody helping clean upstairs was kind as well. We like also it is away from heavier traffic, and parking, eating and shopping options ABOUND!! Great! We will return again, I am sure, when visiting relatives. Thank you all very much!
This was our second time staying at this hotel. EVERY staff member was very friendly and helpful! Many restaurant choices nearby plus shopping. Morning breakfasts are very good with many options, daily.
I liked the fact that it has a refrigerator, microwave and so much in shopping nearby - walking distance! Also it has one of the largest choices of food for a free hot breakfast! Hot tea, regular & decaf coffee were always available in the lobby, too. Great place, will stay there again when in the area!
Location was easy to get to and nice it was by a grocery store. It was just 2 of us for one night and they upgraded us to an apartment sized suite with a full sized fridge and stove, dining table and sitting area. Would have been nice if we were there longer or had a larger group but it was a bit weird with just us. We had a king sized bed that had couch sized square pillows that were super lumpy and the pillow cases were dirty.
I understand that during Covid that the to go breakfasts will be limited. This breakfast was poor for people with sugar problems. It was HI-C drink. Then the apple I got was the smallest apple I have ever seen.
They charged me twice before even arriving at the hotel on a “pay-upon-arrival” reservation. When we checked in, the money has still not been returned even with using a different card. I called twice. A message was left for the manager Kat/Cat to call me about the issue. No phone call. I emailed. No response. This is unacceptable. I’ve never had a property claim to swipe my card twice without authorization because “they were at capacity” and didn’t want me to “skip on the bill” before even my arrival. So disappointed. And so unprofessional. I’ve canceled my debit card and having my bank handle the charges for me. At least someone is dounf what’s best for the customer, regretfully it is NOT this Best Western. Keep your info private! Do not give them your payment info. My two cents. You’ve been warned.
All good except shower tub was not clean and sink would back up. Elevator wasnt working morning of checkout. Room was nice, bed comfortable, breakfast was great!
My son and I stayed here during college visits. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
I was greeted by a very personable employee who exhibited pleasure in serving the guest. Check in was quick and the rooms were spectacular. The room was spacious and clean with a refrigerator and microwave along with a coffee pot (a must have). My overall experience was perfect.
