Beds are comfortable and bedding is fresh.
Pathetic.. This is my worst experience staying in a hotel.. I payed price of a 4 star hotel to book this.. .. We entered the room and there was water on the floor..We figured out its coming from the refrigerator in the room..I picked up the phone to call Guest service and to my surprise phone was not working..I went down to reception and lady came aftrr 5 mins.. On complaining.. She said there are no other rooms available in hotel.. She said she is busy with something .. Nad gave me towels and asked to wipe the floor.. There were 5 6 mosquitoes/ Flies in the room..I am never going to this hotel again and recommend no one to book it.. The only thing good about that hotel was location..
room was dirty. we found garbage in drawers and under the beds. they ran out of food early in the mornings

We are very sorry to hear about the condition of your room. We will advise housekeeping of this. As you noticed a very busy weekend here at the hotel and we do try and catch every detail, unfortunately sometimes we miss. Bus tours do take time to restock after.
