Great hotel...but visited at a challenging time. Building work all around the hotel detracted from the views, and access to hotel parking was poor (ended up parking around the corner in a public lot-with all the bags we had, spoilt the check-in somewhat)! Otherwise, good location for the sights!
An amazing, luxurious hotel experience in a historic and super prime location close to restaurants, shopping, transportation and top sightseeing venues. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff is wonderful, and pampers guests above and beyond.

This property is in a great location. It is very centrally located. There are many restaurants around this area, and it is a short walk to the River Duoro. Easy access to the Porto wine caves. The wait staff and the concierge are extremely helpful.

Location in the city center was perfect. The area around the hotel is loud however with frequent sounds of police cars and ambulance.

The hotel is luxurious and immaculate. Full service, including concierge service that will take care of your every need. The bar offers the same hospitality as an exclusive club, with bar staff that make you feel at home. We took advantage of the spa and had manicures by Marcia. A special time. Everywhere you would want to go in Porto can be reached on foot from this very central location. We would visit Porto again just for the fabulous hotel stay.

I spend the New Year with my family! The location was fantastic! But the hotel news year party was not good and very expense!

Spent a spectacular 3 days in Porto. This hotel was a welcome relief after the redeye flight from NYC. Splendidly appointed, with wonderful rooms, service, and amenities, it made the stay just perfect! The room was very large and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, placing everything in easy walking distance. Did lots of walking around the old town, visited restaurants, and explored the waterfront. Porto has more abandoned buildings than I expected. However, I never felt unsafe. I'd happily return to Porto, and this hotel
This is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are large, the bathroom is mainly glass, the balcony offers nice views. The restaurants have very good food and service is excellent.
