Property and rooms were very clean and dry. Hotel crew and reception was very knowledgeable and kind.
I like the size of the suites. The pools are nice. The breakfasts were done very well. I hate that there is not a restaurant in the hotel. It’s ridiculous!

We checked in on Saturday around 4pm and the clerk that checked us in was wonderful. Very friendly and informative
The location, the 3rd floor suite and the beach were amazing. I will miss falling asleep to the waves, until next time.

Room was spacious and clean. AC was a bit loud but not too big a deal. The outdoor pools are nice, grounds around the pool areas need regular attention because unfortunately people leave trash out. Indoor pool was not usable as the room was extremely hot to the point that you could barely breathe in there so we stuck to outdoor areas. Beach is nice and clean. Like that you can rent umbrellas and chairs and charge to your room. Breakfast was your normal Hampton inn breakfast fare offering hot and cold foods and is worth it. Warm cookies in the evening nwere a hit with the little one. Would have liked to see more cleaning in general and had to go to front desk for trash bags and ask for towels. This was our second stay. Hampton Inns are usually consistent and would stay again.

So overall this hotel is pretty good. The location is nice, access to the beach and the amenities. 3 different pools, free breakfast, even though it wasn’t a fresh one. The rooms are pretty good too. One thing that we didn’t like is the fact that they had some kind construction going on right next to the hotel. The room they gave us had a sliding door facing to that construction zone, so the whole time it was loud, even at night they left some kind of equipment on! I couldn’t believe they would still charge us full price for this room, with all the noise going on and the view of the construction zone!
The location is great. However, it is awfully run down. We certainly weren’t expecting luxury but did expect clean and comfortable. The lock to our door didn’t work. You could literally push the door open. After two attempts to fix it was replaced. Our air conditioner did not work either. It also had to be replaced. Due to COVID housekeeping had to be requested. It took four requests over several days to have the room cleaned once.
Located near the beach with limited view of the ocean if you book the ocean front rooms. Limited view due to the sand dune and the vegetation between hotel and beach. Room is dirty when we were there, especially the bathroom and windows. Balcony is unusable as it looks as if it was never cleaned, hundreds of dead And live mosquitoes On the screen door and wall. But room is comfortable with the necessary amenities.
The rooms are very nice. The bathroom needs a little attention - no exhaust fan. Only 1 elevator, so had to wait. For the price - you are paying for the location & pools. Not sure I would stay there again.
