Unfortunately got smoking room. Clothes came home smelling of smoke

Very nice place and location, the staff is amazing and they always there for the customer's help.

My husband and I booked this hotel as it was the cheapeast option we could find but still be within minutes of downtown Ottawa. The location is directly off the highway, so late at night when you're very tired it will be very easy to find. There is a bar, Broadway Bar, connected to the Travelodge and we found it very satisfactory as well. The Travelodge has a pool, is pet friendly and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The carpet could stand to be steam cleaned, but overall, the room was very well-kept. The staff at the front desk was fabulous, speedy with check-in and check-out and accomodating to our every need. Watch out for the mosquitos at dusk in the summer time in the parking area! I would definitely not think twice about staying here again.

Great place and location - right off the highway with near by restaurants. Would stay here again!

good location off highway,,,,close to downtown without traffic. Bathroom had mold. staff friendly and helpful, close to restaurants

The hotel was okay with a couple of exceptions: The pillows were lumpy and the room could have used a sofa instead of a chair where you couldn't recline. It was hard and straight. Channel selection on the TV was limited for someone who doesn't speak French. The bathroom had a new sink and vanity but it was too tight against the toilet which really needed replacing. All the fixtures were white yet it was dirty beige. It did serve the purpose of a place to sleep. The restaurant across the parking lot was very good for breakfast and probably would be for an evening meal as well.

Limited parking. Rooms on the smaller side. No fridge or microwave. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Very close to the highway and easy to find.

there was not fridge and the hotel was under renovation, so no king room and pool... besides that a very good service

The service was good and I enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful

Clean and nice staff. Unfortunately when I was staying there the hot tube was out of service! Kind of far from the city of Ottawa but I was there for business so it really didn't matter at all.

We had a wonderful stay.. The staff were so accommodating and assistance is right there and then. It is cool to be in Travelodge...!

This is a convenient well situated. For the price it is worth going there. You need to come by car, as this is situated in the outskirts of Ottawa. There is ample parking lot, though.

Stayed there for two weeks ,very clean, very helpful staff.

Simply excellent!!!!!

The king size bed was very comfortable and because we like the room a little cooler the duvet on the bed was fantastic. The shower was good and we liked that there was a bathroom fan. The overall room and bath were a little tight but for two people it was good. I could not get Wi-fi to work but the staff were very accommodating. They have the greatest restaurant/sports bar in Ottawa. Great food, prices and portions.

Horrible/rude service over the phone, tiny rooms with dirty carpets. However was unexpensive. pool was closed for maintenance our whole stay which ws unpleasent

Although I did not spend much time in the hotel, it did have its good and bad points. GOOD - location, just off the main highway with stores, gas station, and restarant next door. Wished there was a continental breakfast offered as they listed in the ad. The pool was good but small. BAD - the only vending machines present are located on the third floor, not much for television either.

Neat place. No frills. Clean rooms and prompt service. The staff was also helpful with questions.

It was nice to be there, private and cozy.
