For those who want to explore the surroundings, the entrances to the SS16 and SP21 are just a few minutes by car and allow you to reach other towns in the region and the sea.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Ostuni Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd

The keys will be collected from 15.00 to 21.00 in our office in Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a about 10-minute walk from the apartment.

After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements:

- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The tourist tax will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

Ostuni, the White City of Salento, is located in the province of Brindisi at more than 200 meters above sea level, in the Murgia area, and is among the most famous places in Salento.

Ostuni owes its name of White City to the color of most of the houses in the city, especially in the historic center. In the past, due to the plague, the walls of the houses were covered with lime, so as to make them aseptic. Hence, the characteristic white color that makes Ostuni unique and unmistakable.

The historic center of Ostuni, defined by its inhabitants as "La Terra", is characterized by a labyrinth of winding streets, small squares, alleys, gardens and views of the Adriatic Sea. The lower part of the village is surrounded by the ancient walls in which the only two entrances to the city that have remained intact are located: Porta Nova and Porta San Demetrio. At the top of the hill are the Cathedral of Ostuni with its large 24-ray rose window, the Bishop's Palace and the old Seminary.

One of the places of greatest tourist attraction in Puglia is certainly the coast of Ostuni, where we find the seaside areas of Rosa Marina, Monticelli and Costa Merlata.
