Villa Zia Rosaria is a lovely vacation cottage with a large equipped garden, nestled in the green countryside of Ostuni. It offers up to 6 beds.
The cottage has been recently renovated and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the nature of Puglia.
There are: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, barbecue, outdoor shower, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, iron and ironing board etc.
It is just 1.5 km from the center of Ostuni. Pets allowed.

Villetta Zia Rosaria is a vacation cottage surrounded by greenery and nature. It stands on a property of about 3500 square meters, all fenced and also suitable for small animals.
The interior consists of two independent units. The first is a kitchen with independent access, bright and well equipped.
The second unit is the main dwelling, consisting of living room with 1 double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, 2 bedrooms of which one is double and one twin with single beds.
Completing the cottage are 1 shower room and a furnished veranda for outdoor dining.
Present curtains and grates on all windows.

Villa Zia Rosaria lies in the countryside of the Valle d`Itria.
The location makes it possible to explore the most beautiful villages of the Valle d`Itria, such as Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica, Carovigno or Martina Franca, but also to go to the beautiful trulli of Alberobello, about 35 km away, or to the characteristic historic center of Locorotondo, just 30 km away.
For sea lovers, the nearest beaches are those of the award-winning Marina di Ostuni, located just 13 km from the villa along the Adriatic coast.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Mosquito nets not in the kitchen. 
- Air conditioning only in the living room. 
- The estate is composed by two independent units.
