The apartment is elevated by a few steps that lead to a covered veranda, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing on outdoor sofas.
The entrance is into a living room with sofa and TV, open kitchen and air-conditioned dining room. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and completed by a large bathroom with bathtub.

Apartment 1 is one of the two vacation homes that make up Villa Dolce, located in the countryside just outside Ostuni, the splendid White City renowned for its beautiful historic center and the enchanting beaches of its marinas, lying on the Adriatic Sea.
The villa allows you to reach in a few minutes by car both the town center, where all the main services are located, and the sea, beaches and other famous historical centers of the Valle d`Itria.

 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Shared pool available from July to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Garden, BBQ, pool and parking are shared with the other Villa Dolce's unit.
