Villetta delle Cale is a beautiful 8-bed cottage for rent for vacations on the sea of Puglia, in the Rosa Marina locality on the coast of Ostuni. The villetta has a large garden with brick barbecue and outdoor shower.
The villetta is equipped with all the main accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets. Pets allowed.

Villetta delle Cale is a fully fenced cottage with several equipped areas in the large and well-kept garden. There is a cozy porch furnished with sofas, table and chairs, and brick barbecue for grilling.
 
The cottage is cozy and bright, with a well-kept and finished furniture. It is a perfect solution for vacations with friends or family within walking distance of the sea.
 
The entrance is into a large living room with dining room, double sofa bed and TV, from which you pass to the well-equipped kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin with bunk beds. Two bathrooms both with shower stalls complete the cottage. Air conditioning is in all rooms. There are also ceiling fans in the double bedrooms.

The vacation cottage with garden is located within the private village of Rosa Marina in which there are various services and activities. The location is within walking distance of the Coastal Dunes Regional Park.
The sea, with many pretty coves, is only 600 meters from the villetta.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Ceiling fan in the living area.
One bathroom is just a service toilet.
