Quiet and clean.

Older facility with one building off site from office. OK

I would not have rated the motel 3.5 The desk clerk seemed preoccupied when we arrived in the evening. The mattress was only adequately comfortable

There are only two decent hotel choices in Creston, the Super 8 and the Supertel. Super 8 is more affordable, but the rooms are showing their age. Furniture is badly worn. Cleanliness is fair, but a previous guest's coffee grinds were left in our coffee maker. Tiny claustrophobic shower area.

No problems. Nothing fancy but was comfortable. Will stay again.

The only issue we really had was the bathroom ceiling caving in in the middle of the night. The room we had was too smoky.

Hotel is outdated and the room hasn't as clean as expected. Air conditioner and toilet were extremely loud. Check in was at 2 pm but room wasn't ready till almost 3 pm which made us late for wedding and we had to get ready in the car with a one month old. Everyone from Creston said rhis hotel was bad when they asked where we were staying. But the other hotel in town was fully booked. Stay somewhere else make the drive.

The layout of the facility did not make for smooth transition from office to room. Stairs and steps everywhere, even in the halls. Hard to move around with any amount of luggage. The floors felt like they were sinking in spots. The bathroom felt like it was tilting south. The door I was instructed to use did not accept my key card so I had to traipse back to the office entrance with my gear in tow to get into the building. It was very clean, tidy, comfy otherwise.

On a positive note, we ended up needing a roll away bed added to our room, and the staff not only suggested it, but had it to our room within minutes. They seemed very helpful. On the other side, the facilities themselves are getting old, and the rooms show it. There is a musty, smokey smell in all of the rooms. One in our party had to change rooms due to a mildew smell. This Super 8 has also downgraded their breakfast to the bare minimum: toast, pre-packaged sweet rolls, waffles or cereal. There's not a protein other than yogurt to be found. The rooms were clean, but tired. I thought it was overpriced for what they delivered.

Standard Super8; fairly low-cost but nothing special. Free internet was appreciated and was fast enough. My main issue was that I had reserved a nonsmoking room and I was placed in a smoking room...it stank, there were ashtrays sitting around, and my clothes reeked later. But, from what I heard, I got the best of the three available Creston hotel/motels.

Two buildings: one for smokers and one for non-smokers, but staff in only one building. It was really inconvenient to have to go back and forth up the hill. Narrow halls and thin walls.

Nice place to stay in a small town.

Can't beat the location and convenience. Easy walking distance to a family restaurant next door, Wal-Mart next door, and Casey's gas station next door.

Was very enjoyable and quiet.

This was a very nice small town hotel. My husband was very impressed that there was still such a thing as a smoking room! You can smell the stale smoke but what can you expect.

Fast service at check in and check out. Good location in Creston. Near resturants and shopping.

Mostly Okay but two main issues: 1) Can't remember the last time we came back to our room at 9PM and it still had not been cleaned! Unmade bed, trash not emptied, dirty wet towels instead of clean ones. With a 3AM wake-up to catch a flight we were hardly going to ask to have the room cleaned late at night. 2) Can't believe their claim there was no one available during any of the three days we were there that could change the battery to the in-room safe! It was a pain to lug the laptop everywhere.
