The location was great, the hotel is directly connected to tennoji station which is central to a lot of places. The sound insulation in the room wasn't so good though. I was on a higher floor and you could hear the beeping of the crosswalk everytime the light would change, road noises, announcements and music from the businesses around and people on the street were easily heard in the room. Also there was a musky smell in the bathroom which im not sure if it was the plumbing or the shower curtain.
