Location is good 10 minutes away from the metro station and close enough to taxi from shin Osaka train station for like 1000 -15000 yen Rooms are extremely small smaller than the average Japanese room location is convenient. It’s right next to 711 and staff are extremely extremely helpful. It has a cool coffee shop and bookstore around and next to Kansai University.

Overall, great for couples and solo travel.

Great location, short walk to a main station, lots of restaurants and shops near by, but being 6ft2 the room was very small. However, the staff were great, the room was clean and it had all you needed after a long day of walking, I’m just use to a bit more space that’s all.

Checking in was fast and it was wonderful that they spoke English. Our room was nice. 4 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom vent was very dirty. 4 stars because we could not figure out the remote to adjust the climate in our room - even with google translate. It would be nice to have instructions in different languages on how to adjust the climate. For the most part our stay was pleasant and the staff was very nice!

Nice hotel, not many tourist attractions nearby but the train station is 10 mins walk. Staff were friendly and helpful 😊 The double room was super compact, comfortable but not for two guests with luggage. Immediate hot water and heated toilet seat, happy guest but I would stay south of the hotel next time.
