Cozy Parkview Bay Lakefront Condo, FREE WIFI. New floors, recently updated

Condo 635 is a cozy very nice 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom, 3rd floor lakefront condo. It features a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, smooth top stove and oven, and refrigerator with ice maker. Includes a covered large deck overlooking lake and one of the three outdoor pools at Parkview Bay. The deck features a table and seating to enjoy a meal on the deck, your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. Due to the new Osage Beach fire code open flame grills that use individual propane tanks are no longer allowed on the decks of a condo. The owners are looking into another option but at this time this condo does not have a grill on the deck. Bedding arrangement includes a king bed in master bedroom along with a private master bath, queen in 2nd. Both bedrooms have TV's. Condo is one flight up from parking lot and has few steps to pool and lake. NOTE: Pictures of deck will be added in the spring!!!! Occupancy 4

Oct-May Longterm rentals, perfect for Travel Nurses or other Medical Personnel for 3-6 month stays. Very close to hospital!!

Osage Fire Dept has banned open flamed grills on the decks, so no grills. NO FIREWORKS allowed anywhere on the Parkview Premises
After booking, we will email you a rental agreement to complete. Quiet hours 11:00pm-8:00am. No loud parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
Gasoline containers or any flammables are not to be stored on docks, condo’s, decks or anywhere on premises, do NOT bring!!! $500 fine
