Knolls 1234 - Top Floor Condo with Great View!

This second tier, top floor condo at The Knolls Resort offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a nice cove view of the water!

Walk into the living area, featuring a flatscreen smart TV, couch and recliner. The dining room offers seating for 6 at the table, with an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The full kitchen offers everything you need to cook a meal for you and your guests. All major appliances are available, as well as a crockpot and toaster.

Off the kitchen you'll find the laundry room with a large stack washer and dryer to use during your stay.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, with a futon off to the side that can be used as a couch or for extra sleeping if needed. You also have access to a small deck and small TV with streaming capabilities in the master suite. The en suite master bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The guest bedroom features a king size bed and a TV with Spectrum cable available. The guest bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway, and features a tub/shower combo.

The third bedroom features two queen beds, a TV with streaming capabilities and access to a small deck. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

On the deck, enjoy a view of the water over the top of the other buildings. Sit outside and enjoy your coffee or use the electric grill to whip up some BBQ for dinner!

Multigenerational Family Getaway

My husband and I brought our boys and our parents for a getaway. This was a perfect place! While on the third floor, it was only one flight of stairs because level two was the ground floor, so that was a nice surprise. The view was amazing! The set up was great with each room having their own bathroom. Only trick with the bathroom was a narrow step when you come out of tub, which was a little problematic for our older parents. Well supplied for our stay. The pool and pickleball courts were super close.We highly recommend! It was a great place.
